Fantastic experience from day 1 till completion. Gus and Gemma worked tirelessly to get our house sold. They were available all hours and weekends. We were delighted we chose Robsons to sell my mother's house. There was regular communciation from James, electronic viewing confirmation, daily feedback from viewings or updates. Prospective buyers were spoken to regularly and their needs/concerns teased out. Once we had accepted an offer, the conveyancing team took over communicating regularly with us, the buyer and both sets of solicitors. I can honestly say that Sophie held the whole thing together, I am not sure it would have got over the line without her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robsons.

So very pleased to have used Robsons for our sale. James Page provided excellent advice on the sales approach including the price and how to best present our home to maximise interest and offers. Sophie Jones on the sales progression side was invaluable as we moved post offer to exchange; this part of the process seemed just as important as the run up to getting our offer. The total process from initial planning to marketing, offer and then exchange took 10 weeks which seemed very efficient and mostly without too much stress! Some of this is down to the market but a lot was down to the professionalism of the service. We could also see how favourably Robsons compared with other agencies in the chain when it came to the sales progression follow up. We would thoroughly recommend them.

I am not going to say I don’t recommend you because I don’t think that is fair but maybe some advice. I thought - What Robson Amersham could do better for people who are not millionaires but just want to invest their hard earned savings in a modest property. - when you take a prospective buyer’s details down and say you are going to pass them on to another agent, please do that. 😔 - listen to what a prospective buyer is requesting and give them the chance to talk about what they are looking for. Try not to sound like you are in a rush, the person on the receiving end might be new to this and will think you are not interested in them and this might put them off buying a property with you.😣 - finally if a prospective buyer calls to view a property and you ask them times they are available to view - maybe work around those times or give options for alternative times instead of booking them in a time they can’t make. 🤯 I think that’s it, thank you Robsons.🙂
