Robsons have been truly exceptional throughout an incredibly difficult and emotional time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to support me through every stage of the process. Selling my parents’ home was an emotionally challenging experience, yet the team at Robsons never wavered. They remained calm, composed, and reassuring throughout, helping to navigate what was often a very traumatic and stressful situation. Their ability to provide stability, guidance and confidence during such a difficult period was invaluable. What impressed me most was managing two sellers with very different perspectives and needs. They demonstrated remarkable skill, sensitivity and diplomacy, quickly assessing situations and responding appropriately, even during particularly volatile moments. Their ability to handle complex emotions and challenging dynamics with such professionalism was nothing short of outstanding. I met Lliam when he was in the Moor Park Office at Robsons. From the first moment I met him, I liked his professionalism and honesty. A charming character who always had my best interests at heart. He worked hard to introduce me to my buyer for my house in Moor Park, who has finally exchanged recently. Unfortunately Lliam got moved ( not sure why) to the Chorleywood office. Moor Parks loss and Chorleywood’s gain. Lliam has a very positive character, who gives 100% to his job. Although he’s moved on, I do miss him and am grateful in helping me sell my house. Extremely Stressful and Poor Service

We sold our home through Robsons Rickmansworth. Our instructed agent was Matthew Gooder. Clear and repeated instructions about how to market our property were not followed by Mr Gooder, with Robsons marketing strategy proving weak with poor communication and little follow-through. A SAR request against this office later revealed offers that were not forwarded, undisclosed buyer interest and a premature cessation of marketing efforts despite our instructions. Robsons were also involved in our onward purchase via another office. We later discovered Mr Gooder was central to a bitter dispute with that office at that exact time and there are cross-office financial incentives that were never disclosed to us. This dispute made the national press and it highlights toxic culture at Robsons: Search: “Nicholas Walker v Robsons Rickmansworth”. We would not recommend using them.
