From the moment Robert Luff came on board I felt in a safe pair of hands and we have sold the property within a 2 month timeframe. GoogleThe team at Robert Luff in Goring have been nothing short of amazing throughout the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. From the listing and great quality photograpghs, getting people through the door and selling (STC) in under two weeks to chasing and updating the whole chain effeciently through to exchange and completion (not easy at times), the service has been first class. Staff are friendly and approachable and I'll be sad not to wave at them as I walk past with the dog when we have moved! Happy to pay them their fees :)

GoogleThe process of buying and selling a house isn't easy but having Dave, from the Goring branch, assist us has made the process a lot smoother. He was always on hand to answer any questions or queries we had and helped a lot with communication between all parties involved. Nothing was too big or small of an issue. Would highly recommend.

GoogleAs a fellow agent, you won't find me posting too many reviews for my competitors. However, after working alongside David King at the Goring office on a particularly difficult chain , it's only fair that I give credit where it's due. David was superb in managing the lower end of one of the longest chains we've ever had (I was looking after the upper end). At his part of the chain he undertook any and all efforts to get not only his client's sale through, but everybody else's too, often making up for the shortfalls of the several agents between he and I. He was super efficient, pro-active, and constantly kept everyone in the loop. I was hugely impressed, and had complete confidence that with him overseeing this part of the chain we were in safe hands, and I could focus on my own part. This was already a complicated and difficult chain, but the fact that we managed to get it done at this time in particular was a huge achievement, and in no small part down to Dave's efforts. Thanks for all your help with this Dave, great working with you, and I hope our paths cross again soon.

GoogleRobert Luff were the estate agents for my seller's. Once we went into lockdown, well before that, Jamie Bryant at the Goring branch, kept in touch with me constantly . As my Solicitors were working remotely & I had no communication from my own Estate agents, Jamie Bryant was the only person, that kept me informed & gave me advice & at times reassurance of what was happening. GoogleJack, Dave,Laura and Jamie are all so professional and dedicated to their jobs. We have had one of the most complicated and stressful moves going, there have been highs and lows, but with this group of estate agents in goring, you are not going to do better. What I liked especially about them is that they chased things when they should, and always got back to us. Jack has gone above and beyond in selling our house and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending them. Although I have no intention in trying to move in the near future I feel if our experience was anything to go by this is the estate agent to chose. Thank you so much for all your hard work it really was appreciated

GoogleI don’t normally do reviews… However, credit, where credit's due and here I am. Where do I begin… We wanted to sell our house. We tried ‘a, another’ estate agent. After 6 months, no real joy, so we changed to Robert Luff in Goring. We got ourselves a Dave. Dave King @ Robert Luff has been a star. He is a diamond. All the staff in the branch have been great, but Dave has gone beyond the call of duty over and over. He has worked his butt off getting together an 8 link chain. He has managed to get all the solicitors, estate agents, mortgage companies and house owners ALL lined up, ALL looking in the same direction, ALL at the same time and ready to exchange contracts, TWICE. At the time, it was hell, there nearly wasn’t a chain a couple of times, TBH, I had had enough, but I think Dave just knew what was going on, kept calm and got the job done. Great quote from Dave at the time - “It’s not my first time at the rodeo”. So if you are thinking of selling your house or flat give Dave a call. He didn’t let me down. And he really pulled one out of the bag. Nice one Dave.

As first time buyers it was quite a daunting process, however, David helped us through it all and was extremely helpful, professional and personable. His knowledge, experience and help has been brilliant and greatly appreciated by our company and our own customers. Enabling a chain of 8 to exchange within 9 weeks is not to be sniffed at. Their service far exceeded my initial expectations, every time they said they would call us with an update they did, every time they said they’d chase something for us they did, they were so so helpful. Their brilliant service never faltered from beginning to end, they are also such a nice bunch! I’m actually going to miss talking to them! GoogleDavid from Robert Luff Goring headed up our sale. I cannot praise this man enough for his efforts. A difficult sale and he earned his money and some more. Having sold and bought houses before with other estate agents in the area I would go back to Robert Luff again ahead of the rest. David had holiday planned and was away for a week. The seamless handover to Jamie was amazing. He knew everything about the sale and was completely up to speed before I knew he had taken over. Sale completed and both parties very happy. Jack has been invaluable as the contact for ourselves, our buyers and our solicitor to keep things moving in the right direction and dealing with any sticking points. It was a tricky chain with difficult situations and they have handled it really well and been professional all the way.
