GoogleAs landlords we have considered ourselves fortunate to have the assistance and advice of Kelly Johnson of the lettings team at Robert Luff. It is important to us to treat tenants fairly and the agents' input is vital in this respect as well as looking after our own interests. Kelly has restored our faith in letting agents.

GoogleCan’t recommend Dave enough, he’s been absolutely brilliant with the marketing and sale of our home. He’s friendly, punctual and always responds quickly to emails. It’s been refreshing to have him contact us with updates, viewings and feedback. I haven’t had to make one chasing phone call which is amazing!

GoogleI recently viewed several properties whose details were provided by Robert Luff. Their agent Jack Cottingham was most helpful and offered good advice and always went the extra mile. Although I have actually decided to pursue a property marketed by another agency I just wanted to thank Jack and Robert Luff for their help during my search.

GoogleExcellent estate agent, went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service, and didn’t slow down when things were falling apart due to last minute pull outs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - I strongly urge you to use the team here for your house sale. Jamie, Dave, Jack and Laura were professional throughout and are a credit to their industry.

GoogleJust sold my house through these guys. David was a wonderfully friendly agent who kept in good contact, answering any questions we had, as well as keeping us up to date on the situation of our sale. 100% will look to deal with them again in the future if we can, it made a stressful period (as any sale can be) much easier to manage.

GoogleFive Star rating? You need TEN STARS!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We have had a very long-winded process, with the purchase of our new property, in Goring-by-Sea, but our moving date is now only two days away, & we couldn’t be happier. Selling two properties, to buy one big one, from South London, to the coast, has been very eventful, to say the least. The team at Robert Luff have been fantastic, especially Jack Cottingham, who was with us on our first viewings, right the way to the end. He has kept us in the loop, & has constantly updated us on absolutely everything. Great communication, friendly, & always approachable! A big thank you to you Jack, & all the team. Regards Jace & family The new “Goring Grima’s” 😁👍🏽😁👍🏽
