I found all the staff at Robert Luff Worthing professional at all times. I would like to thank Rob and Harley for all their help and guidance especially after I lost my buyer. Also to say thank you to Jane who did most of the viewings with upmost professionalism and after my sale had fallen through she managed to get it sold with her enthusiasm and charm. Luke worked hard to get me the right sale and Dom was on the case and ringing me most days with updates and chasing the chain to get me to the end result and sell my house so I could move on. I would like to say a big thank you to all of you at Robert Luff Worthing who I came into contact with during this somewhat stressful process but you all made it easier for me to deal with. Thank you again.PositiveProfessionalism

My experience of selling the property by Robert Luff Estate Agents has been very positive and exceeded my expectations. The sales team were professional and very helpful. Once the sale was agreed Richard Wetherell regularly checked on conveyancing progress by working with my solicitor and the Management Company. Richard’s professionalism and support from the outset has helped to make the whole experience manageable. Thank you very much Richard and the rest of the team, I am happy to recommend Robert Luff & Co.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have used Robert Luff for both the management of my rental property and its subsequent sale and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have made both of these processes as stress free as possible and have provided clear and concise information to me regularly. All members of the team have always been very polite and put the customer first.

What an awesome team of proactive and efficient staff! I've dealt with Lettings side and Sales side and they are both super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Ultimately I sold my investment flat and there were a couple of issues I had to deal with as part of the sale. Richard and the team were there every step of the way with advice, direction, help and it all resulted in the product of the completed sale. A very big thanks to all the team. They are without doubt highly highly recommended by me !

They have been very accommodating, friendly and helpful with us wanting to visit the property on numerous occasions with builders and trade professionals. David King was instrumental in getting our house move over the line during the Covid-19 period. I am 100% certain that without David's diligence and hard work we would not of completed the move to our dream home. I must point out that David was not our direct agent but represented our buyer, regardless, he acted as though we were his client throughout with daily updates, chasing solicitors and everything else that goes on behind the scenes. If we were ever to move again then David King would be the first person I would call.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Can't thank the team at Robert Luff Goring enough, made the sale of our house stress free, always available on the phone when needed and on the ball throughout the sale. I'm sure David has some kind of sixth sense putting the right people through the front door to achieve the sale. Highly recommend using them and thanks again for making our dreams come true.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
