GoogleI remember what I like about estate agents now... Robert Luff refused to give me an appointment to view because I wouldn't take Saturday off work. This was after failing to answer my email for over a week. They then laughed at me down the phone and said I would find it very difficult to buy anywhere if I couldn't view on a Saturday. No worries, I have appointments elsewhere, but if you're selling with them, know they are not giving the best service to your potential buyersNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI engaged Robert Luff & Co in 2020 to undertake the sale of a flat in Worthing. Despite being in the midst of the pandemic with lockdowns at various points, they were efficient, communicative and prompt throughout. While the sale took some time due to factors outside their control, I would highly recommend them as they clearly have the size and expertise to progress sales even under adverse circumstances.

GoogleAfter a shaky start with another estate agent , we were recommended to try Robert Luff and are so glad we did . Adam came round , was very professional and immediately sprung in to action , like he was on a mission . The viewings and ultimately an offer soon followed . Thereafter we were handed over to Dom , on their sales progression team . He was excellent in handling all the communications between us , our buyers and the solicitors etc and was always quick to reply . We are now in our new home and are very happy to give Robert Luff 5 stars for their service from start to finish . Gerard & Patricia

GoogleWe chose to ask Robert Luff to market our property as they had a strong local base of retail premises, backed by strong links to the national sites. We found our initial meeting to discuss our property a very positive experience and were reassured that we would get a good price, based on their judgement and the market conditions. After we had agreed the publicity the viewings started and within three visits a strong offer was made and accepted. We were kept in contact throughout the process, even when some elements of the buying and selling chain proved rather fraught and we found all the staff involved, particularly Adam and Richard, very attentive and professional. Thank you, Robert Luff, for handling the whole process so well.
