GoogleWe decided to go with this agent as we were visited by Mark (Director) who assured us that he will be overseeing the whole process for us and we would only be speaking to his colleagues if he was away. We were happy with this approach and felt like he would go above and beyond for us to help ensure a quick sale for us. Unfortunately, this was not the case and we never heard from Mark again!!! However, I must thank David from the Goring Branch who was friendly, polite and kept us well informed. He is a true asset to Robert Luff and highly recommended.

GoogleThis was the first time buying a house for my partner and I so as with many first-time buyers, we were absolutely unprepared! James Porter showed us around a couple of houses and seemed to know immediately what we were looking for. It only took two viewings before we found the one. James was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from first enquiry, through to managing offers and then has regularly kept in touch since exchange to make sure we are all ok and kept up to date with any information. Aside from being very professional and proactive, James is also really easy going and friendly, genuinely paying attention and being on hand for any questions. The same goes for all of the rest of the team we have interacted with (Jamie, Dave, Dominic etc). I would highly recommend James and the team at Robert Luff if you are looking to buy.

GoogleAfter having a great experience buying through Robert Luff in 2017 there was no question who we would use when the time came to move on. Dave King sold our house quite literally overnight for above asking price and when we found ourselves stuck with our onward purchase with non responsive solicitors, agent and sellers, Jamie and Dom could not have been more helpful getting us to exchange and I honestly don't think we would have got there by now without them. My only regret is that as we are moving out of area we won't be able to use Robert Luff in the future! Thanks to all at the Goring Branch for your hard work.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have been unfortunate to come across some really awful estate agents, some actual shockers, and then there are Luffs. I sold my family home some years ago with them, a difficult situation with them mediating with my ex-wife, they handled that with aplomb. So, when I wanted to sell my late fathers property in Worthing while living in Dorset, who did I ask? Luffs of course. Jamie and his team are lovely personable people, with great mediating and professional skills. His comms are brilliant, when he had a day off his team was fully briefed. His emails were on point and on the phone he was lovely to speak to whilst remaining professional. Would I have a chat to an estate agent at a party, yes but only if the were from Luffs. I was skeptical, as I am with any estate agent, but they really delivered on this one. The service was top notch for the sale with Dave and the after sale care provided by Dom just as good. GoogleFrom the valuation, to marketing my property and finding my buyer, David has been efficient proactive, ahead of the game, on the ball and always with a smile on his face. I can warmly recommend him and his agency to provide you with the best customer service and to deliver the best estate agent experience. Hopefully I won't have to move again, but if I do I would certainly go back to them .

GoogleDavid at the Goring office is a legend. We bought through Robert Luff but must say, I wish we had sold through them too. Dave kept us up to date as best as possible, great communication and incredibly friendly. Our whole process from start to finish was incredibly complex but Dave handled it brilliantly.....!

GoogleDavid at Robert Luff Goring and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of selling my property. The transaction could not have been more complicated or plagued with difficulty, but throughout they were kind, patient, prompt with updates and communication, always available with advice and support, and just a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I truly felt they did everything they could to get me, finally, a good result.

GoogleAfter using Robert Luff's services to sell a relatives house we were incredibly impressed with how smooth, swift and professional the service was, so when it came to selling our house we immediately went for Robert Luff again. We worked with David from the Goring branch and he was genuinely brilliant, he kept us in the loop at all times and offered valuable advice when we asked for it! Although I hope we've found our forever home, if we ever need to sell/buy again we will without hesitation be reaching out to David.
