The various Robert Luff staff involved in the sale of my flat were professional and a pleasure to deal with. They provided good analysis and advice on the offers received and were particularly good and tenacious following up from accepted offer to final completion despite hurdles. I would definitely use Robert Luff again.

Robert Luff have looked after my flat which was rented out. They have been very easy to deal with and have down an excellent job. I have just sold the flat through Robert Luff and seemed to be stuck between two sets of Solicitors making little progress. My sanity was kept by the magnificent Susan Lee who seemed to be the only one who could make things happen. I thank her for her ability to get things done

We've had a good experience selling our property with Robert Luff. The process was relatively painless and easy and we received continual support from Susan Lee in the Sales Progression Team. She has been wonderful in supporting us throughout the whole process, helping us to answer tricky questions, clarifying information and keeping our spirits up when it felt like we were waiting around for things to happen from the buying party. The whole experience of dealing with the team at Robert Luff has been a real pleasure, from the start to the end of the process. I said very early on that they are undoubtedly a beacon for great estate agents and as we went through the process - which began in August 2021! They managed our expectations perfectly and performed over and above as a team. Robert Luff Staff are the best professional team in selling properties! A big thank you to Lynn in admin that put up with me in and out of the office, she was happy to print off paperwork etc, nothing was too much bother, she is excellent at her job, a real sweetie. We were very well looked after by Robert Luff and particularly by Susan Lee, our Sales Progression agent, who was always communicative, helpful, reassuring and pro-active during the sometimes stressful process of buying our home. We had a less positive experience of our solicitors - Eric Smith. This is the firm that was recommended to us by Robert Luff and we used them because it seemed simplest, but I would recommend doing some research and using a different firm, as we found them to be pretty disorganised and unresponsive. Overall though, a very positive experience of Robert Luff - and thank you Sue!

Useless! Tried several calls over 2 days to arrange viewings on 3 properties after complaining we were given 1 viewing only to be called back later and told it was under offer. Also 3 months ago my daughter called them for a rental property 5 times and never received a call back

The staff at Robert Luff are really helpful, friendly and approachable. I could call up any time with any query without judgement and always with a professional response. Their young, dynamic manager Heb is well-qualified, very knowledgeable, honest and down-to-earth - unike a lot of other estate agents I've encountered! I could text him any time and always had a rapid response. Dom, who was assigned to my sale, kept in regular contact without being pushy, and assisted with legal issues with their recommended solicitors (who were also excellent). He liaised well with my buyer and was able to put my mind at rest if I had any doubts.
