Sarah Whalley ( Senior Property Consultant) and her team at the Normanton Branch were highly efficient, diligent and supportive during quite a lengthy period of time. Sarah made contact on a weekly basis to discuss the progress of the sale, and was happy to deal with any queries. GoogleWhile some of the comms from our solicitors on both sides might have been questionable, the communication that we've had from Richard Kendal throughout this whole process of selling our house was AMAZING. Karen and the team kept us updated at every single point, even when there'd been little progress, and provided all of the information and guidance that we've asked of them. I honestly wish that other companies within the property industry had the same level of customer care that Richard Kendall have - it's been a pleasure working with the team! :)

GoogleTried to view a flat but because I had pets they said it wasn't allowed even though that law has changed. This Estate Agent needs to change how they view people with pets..

Sorry you have felt the need to leave us 1*. At this moment in time, the law has not changed regarding pets in rented properties, and the decision still remains with the landlord. If there are properties that you wish to view that we currently advertise for rent, please check with us as to if the landlord accepts pets.

When keys were handed in one month early, a refund of overpayment of rent was paid to you the same day. The property was left in an unacceptable condition, clearly shown in the checkout report sent to you at the end of your tenancy. Discussions are taking place with the landlord with regards to the deposit. You have been informed of your right to request the deposit from the Deposit Scheme which you have not yet chosen to do.
