Richard Kendall were an excellent choice for our recent house sale. Sophie who works in the Pontefract office was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. There were a few hiccups along the way with solicitors as is to be expected. Sophie dealt with all my queries promptly and professionally. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling a property.

TrustpilotAn Amazing Agency - They Set The Standard!
While some of the comms from our solicitors on both sides might have been questionable, the communication that we've had from Richard Kendal throughout this whole process of selling our house was AMAZING. Karen and the team kept us updated at every single point, even when there'd been little progress, and provided all of the information and guidance that we've asked of them. I honestly wish that other companies within the property industry had the same level of customer care that Richard Kendall have - it's been a pleasure working with the team! :)

TrustpilotExcellent staff
All of the staff have been efficient and professional throughout the property selling process. My personal journey has not been the most straight forward, how ever Shireen and Catherine have ensured that we achieved the sale through to completion. I would certainly recomend Richard Kendall in the future.

Thanks again Karen

Google2nd time I used Richard Kendalls and they were excellent again. Mandy Bennett and the team in ossett took control leaving me to worry about nothing. We had issues further down the chain but mandy was on it chasing and keeping me informed regularly. Well worth the 5 stars!!!

GoogleI complete on purchasing our new house tomorrow and I couldn't be happier with all the support Melanie has provided. She has gone above and beyond to help me and my partner with purchasing our first house. She has been so helpful and proactive in ensuring the process was as smooth as possible and helped us every step of the way, I've never bought a house before and was completely new to the entire process and a little confused at times but Melanie was so supportive and helpful, and also kind and patient too. I would recommend Richard Kendall to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, their service has been amazing. THANK YOU so much Melanie! You're an absolute star!

GoogleExcellent client care and service received during a purchase of a property. All calls, e-mails and correspondence responded to immediately with positive action to move the transaction forward quickly, courteously and without stress. I would not hesitate recommending Richard Kendall Estate Agents and in particular Melanie Robinson who obviously has extensive experience in this area of work.

GoogleWe received excellent service from the outset from Richard Kendall when we were selling my mother's bungalow. Their advice was clear and unequivocal in all respects and communication was easy to achieve, the same person providing helpful updates at every stage of the sale process. When the chain hit a problem shortly before exchange of contracts, the advice we were given by Mandy turned out to be exactly the right thing to do. Not being from the area, we had initially asked two national companies to give us their prices for the property but neither seemed as engaged or on the ball as the gentleman from Richard Kendall. I am sure that we made the right decision to go with the local market experts.
Thank you for leaving such a great review for Mandy and David who originally valued your property.
