GoogleWe purchased a property which was up for sale with reeds rain. They were very professional and couldn't do enough to help, We were kept up to date with the progress via an online portal. Karis within the branch would also call us weekly. If there were a any issues karis would resolve them straight away. We can't sing her praise enough, a real asset to reeds rain! Should we sell in the future reeds rain are the only estate agents we would consider.

GoogleCan’t thank Reads Rains Bedworth office for their excellent service from start to finish. From the minute Andrew Bailey came to value the house, Karis and Sarah took complete control of my house sale and made it so stressfree. The whole process was completed in just over eight weeks. I would fully recommend their services to anybody looking to sell or rent properties in the area.

GoogleIn December of last year, we found out that we needed to move with only 8 weeks notice from our current landlord as he was selling the property. We spoke to a lovely lady called Karis who went above and beyond to meet our needs and assist us. Not only was she polite and friendly but she was very easy to communicate with and I felt reassured by her. Considering it was a fairly stressful time given the circumstances, Karis made the whole process easy. She really was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

GoogleI do not usually do reviews as I am not very good at it BUT Karis was a lovely person to deal with regarding the sale of my property at a very upsetting time of my life, and I felt she was supporting me all through the process, keeping me upto date with how things were progressing. I would definately use Reeds Rains again if I had another house to sell and found all other staff that I dealt with to be very professional and helpful when talking to them.

GoogleI selected Reeds Rains to sell my parents' house in Bedworth, it was sold within 72 hours of going on the market. Phil and Karis will give you a realistic and well-researched evaluation and not some nonsense valuation in order to get you to sign, as is true with most estate agents. I fully recommend Reeds Rains - would never use anyone else in Bedworth!

GoogleThe team at Reeds Rains in Bedworth are just excellent. I've just completed an 18 month tenancy managed by them. They were always efficient and responded quickly to any concerns. Correspondence with the landlord was always handled efficiently and there were never any problems. Sarah is the Lettings Property Manager at Bedworth branch and I can't thank her enough for making the tenancy very straightforward.

GoogleAbsolutely the best service I could have asked for. After being given the task of selling a family members property. Reeds rains were superb from start to finish. Karis kept me informed every step of the way. She supported me as much as possible through a very upsetting time for myself. All tasks were dealt with in a timely manor and any questions I had were answered quickly.

GoogleWe would definitely recommend !! Really helpful in supporting us as first time buyers. Karis was always on hand and great at communicating when we needed any information. She kept us up to date throughout the whole process and explained anything that we were unsure about. We purchased our house in just under 8 weeks and it was a very quick and simple process considering the stress of buying a house! Thank you.

GoogleWe recently sold my Mums house, and dealt predominantly with Karis throughout the process. She was always very prompt with information sharing and arranging viewings, and once an offer was accepted, she was very proactive at pushing the process along and keeping us informed of progress. Would recommend Reeds Rains and a special thanks to Karis.

GoogleExcellent service that made buying and selling our house simple and stress free. Both Karis and Sarah in the office were always on the ball and kept us updated of how things were progressing and chased things when they had to. Reeds Rains also helped us to get a good competitive solicitor and provided us with a great financial advisor. Highly Recommended.

GoogleSo glad to have made the decision to instruct Reeds Rains to market our property. Other agents valued it at an identical figure whilst quoting cheaper fees, but Reeds Rains impressed us as a hard-working, pro-active firm who would provide the best service, and so it has turned out. They generated lots of interest in our property, kept us informed every step of the way, and continued to support us right through to exchange of contracts and completion. Everyone at Reeds Rains has been a pleasure to deal with, and Karis in particular has been massively helpful, contacting solicitors and giving us regular progress updates since the sale was agreed. This is a firm that goes the extra mile and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A big thank you to Karis who has been my main point of contact throughout and has been keeping me fully informed with a very welcoming manner every time we have spoken . Thanks also to Sarah who works in the office with Karis who I have also dealt with, Matt who did and excellent job with the viewings, and Phil for being very honest and friendly from the start about the service that we received. Well done!

TrustpilotMoney Making Machine
It appears that Reed Rains only care about making money, their staff are programmed with a script of what to say and they do not deviate and act like a human being. Their charges are extortionate and lock you in with so many terms and conditions that even the the most experienced Landlords can get stung. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!
Hello - We are very sorry to hear about your experience, could you please let me know which branch you have been dealing with so we can get to the bottom of your issues.Kind regards,Reeds Rains

TrustpilotMy property at Leyland is being managed…
My property at Leyland is being managed by Reeds rains, Chorley branch. Being a new landlord and also converting my property into an HMO has been extremely stressful. But thanks to all the staff at the Chorley branch for helping me out with every step; particularly the Lettings manager Nick Reid. He has so much confidence in his voice that it was very reassuring when I spoke to him; thereby making the whole process less stressful for me. Even after being transferred to another branch he continued to look after my property until it was all ready to be let out.I cannot thank you enough and I will highly recommend Reeds Reins. Fantastic staff!!
