Trustpilotholding my deposit for more than 2 months without reason. Extra charging for key delivery day!
very very unpleasent interraction, delaying the return of my deposit for no reason. Made me pay extra day of rent for making me return the keys in an office outside the city.... Now just holding my money without reason and kept telling me, we will sort it, we will sort it. Honestly I never heard of, or saw, a worse agent!!!

TrustpilotReally quick sale
Really quick sale. Valuation spot on. We were kept informed throughout the process. Steve well informed of current market conditions in the area. Matt amenable and friendly. Adele did lots of chasing on our behalf. No complaints from us.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you were happy with the valuation and the smooth sale process. Keeping our clients informed every step of the way is very important to us, so it’s great to know that came through. I’ll be sure to pass your kind comments on to the team. Thanks again for trusting us, and we wish you all the best for the future!”

TrustpilotConfused
Disappointed I enquired about a property in Huddersfield to be told an offer had been accepted, they took my details anyway, I told them it was a cash purchase.

I am sharing my terrible experience renting from ReedsRains Salford. I am hoping this helps intending tenants and give landlords an idea of what tenants are likely to go through when they give ReedsRains Salford their propoerty to manage.

TrustpilotTara at Reeds Rains is awesome at her job
I've recently sold a property through Reeds Rains Estate Agent Catford branch, the estate agent I felt with was a lovely lady named Tara. Our sale had a lot of ups and downs and it took a little while for us to get to complete the sale. If it hadn't been Tara and her attention to detail, excellent communication, professionalism, and support during the sale my wife and I might have just pulled out. Tara and her work ethnic is the only reason we stayed and because of that we have now completed a sale on a second and third property. Should we ever need any help or just to ask a question Tara was always there and for that we are both extremely grateful for everything she did, truly she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we understood what was happening, but most of all, that we were happy. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains and Tara to friends and f family if they ever need to sell or purchase a property. BIG THANK YOU from me and my wife, great job.

TrustpilotHad a valuation from the Rothwell…
Had a valuation from the Rothwell branch a complete joke as there was no similar houses to compare and it was meant to have dropped in value by 25k ! Had to chase up and call in the branch and still no further forward with an accurate valuation would not recommend
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We are sorry the valuation process was unsatisfactory and did not meet your expectations. We are reviewing your feedback with the Rothwell team. Regards, Reeds Rains

TrustpilotReeds Rains at Guisborough. The best estate agent.
Reeds Rains at Guisborough are super efficient, friendly and kind. If they say they will do something you can totally rely on it being done. All their staff are great and so it is perhaps wrong to pick anyone out, but Cathy is extraordinarily efficient and very kind as well as having a charming manner and a realistic attitude to the complications that inevitably arise particularly with period houses.
We are so pleased to hear about your positive experience with our team. It's wonderful to know that our efficiency and kindness made a difference. We truly appreciate your kind words. Regards, Reeds Rains
