GoogleRedbrik team went above and beyond when helping my 82 year old mum move house. They actively chased the other parties when things got held up down the chain and kept us informed all the way, which really helped my mum to manage this extremely stressful move.

GooglePoor/abrupt/factually incorrect (directly conflicting with Tennancy Agreement) information when requesting return of rental deposit. Escalated to Director who did resolve the situation promptly hence the score of 2 stars (which would have been 1 star if not resolved so promptly)

Although our property has been on the market a while we constantly received updates, fresh ideas for changing the rooms round for photos etc. nothing has been too much trouble and they have really helped a stressful process be much smoother!
