GoogleGave us an honest valuation on our property and pleasant to deal with. I'd make the review 5* but I really don't like your website. Too much information, difficult to navigate and trying to make an appointment to view a property just didn't work. Many appointment slots shown as available but all greyed out so unable to proceed this way.

GooglePersonally found to be a professional company and property was well presented and managed. Dealt with property matainance issues quickly without delay. A refreshing change when checking out property was inspected and authorisation for deposit to be returned without delay...thankyou Jack. More helpful and friendly than previous letting agents used. Would recomend

GoogleWorst agency ever. When you leave they say you never cleaned it and a tiny mark on the wall requires a whole flat re paint apparantly and they take £800 for this. They never fixed the problems we had at the flat either and also fire and safety regs were definitely not met with regards to fire escapes. And other regulations. Dont care about the people just the money

GoogleWhere to start! These guys are fantastic. Without the help of the senior sales consultant Vicki Wilkinson I’m sure we would have waited for months. Professional to a T they pushed the sale through and kept us up to date with everything, especially when the solicitors were all playing games. Honestly don’t bother with internet agents and others around if it wasn’t for these guys I would have had a melt down. Save yourself some stress and go with this lot! Thanks again Vicki. I hope you get to read this you are a super star!

GoogleTotal lack of customer service , Poor communication, rude staff, inefficient service. i had 3 issues during tenancy, 1st one was a water pressure issue, despite chasing nothing happened, in the end they just offered me the landlords number to deal direct! great management , 2nd time i rang to say there was a beeping noise that was going off every minute, the guy came ion a routine inspection and his answer was it is one of your sons toys that has been left on!!! 3 whole months later with that bleep going off every minute, it turned out it was a c02 alarm that was under the floorboards in one of the bedrooms, thankfully it was just a battery that was low rather than a problem , then at end of tenancy we both signed end of tenancy sheet, they then added on a charge a week after and i was told by the arrogant assistant manager (he didnt have the luxury of having the inventory during inspection) LUXURY!! surely you would turn up equipped to do the job rather than rush in and out and then add items after both signed.
