He spends time to understand his customers so that he knows what aspect of selling/buying is most important to them and sets out to achieve that for them. He is always at the end of the phone to give advice, reassurance or even just to help people in their thought process if they are ready to sell or not. He is extremely generous with his time and looks for the optimum outcome not the easy one.
