GoogleDealing with the Coulsdon office proved to be a positive experience. The marketing of our property was excellent, the sales staff were helpful and the supporting technology kept us advised of viewings and customer feedback. GoogleMy experience with Park and Bailey couldn’t have been more smooth, we were well communicated with and always had a point of contact. Ruby and Sue were there to quickly answer any questions we had, address any issues and also arranged multiple viewings for the house we were purchasing even after our offer had been accepted and the process was well underway. GoogleRedbrik delivered a great service. I was kept in touch at all stages. My personal contact was in touch weekly providing updates. Despite a somewhat lengthy sale they kept providing ideas and a positive outlook. This eventually paid off and resulted in a sale.

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, dedication and efficiency which Ben Hall (Manager) has shown in the sale of my house. He provided regular updates, was proactive, customer-centred and recommended timely interventions to respond to the current market. The lines of communication between his team and I were exemplary. The whole team responded immediately to any requests and were friendly, professional and absolutely reliable. The sale of my house had its challenges. Nevertheless, throughout the process Carmel showed dedication, determination and enthusiasm which successfully secured the sale. Her detailed and timely feedback enabled me to remain positive. The whole selling process was facilitated efficiently by LIsa, whose communication skills and genuine desire to enable me to complete before Christmas was hugely appreciated. I have worked with seven estate agents over many years. I can honestly say, the service I received under the capable tutelage of Ben Hall was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend Redbrik Estate Agents without any reservation.

GoogleA year ago I bought a house with Redbrik and i still think about how stressful it was! Worst experience buying a house with this company, they really ruined the process for me. Andrew S made my experience so difficult and he’s very rude and unprofessional. Me and my solicitor was shocked at the behaviour! If it’s your first time buying a house and you can avoid these then please do!

GoogleI am very disappointed with my experience when trying to purchase a property through Redbrik. The agent Ben dealing with the sale had a clear motive for a cash sale ie not ourselves; and possessed a clear lack of transparency throughout the process. Important information was either withheld or only shared after repeated follow-ups, which made it difficult to make informed decisions. Communication was inconsistent, and when questions were raised, responses were often vague or incomplete. This created unnecessary stress and undermined trust. I would expect a higher level of honesty and openness from a ‘professional service’ and unfortunately, this fell well below expectations. Would not recommend using Redbrik to any of our friends and family or wider network.

We understand how frustrating it can be to miss out on a property you were keen to purchase. From the outset, Redbrik’s role was to act in the best interests of the seller, whose priority was the security of sale rather than simply achieving the highest price. This position was shared openly by Ben throughout the process. You were kept informed at each stage and were invited to submit a best and final offer. Following this process, the seller chose to proceed with an alternative offer that they felt presented a lower-risk route to completion. This decision was based on the overall circumstances of the offers received, rather than a preference for a cash buyer. We appreciate that this outcome was disappointing. However, we do not recognise the suggestion that information was withheld or that the process lacked transparency. Our team worked to provide clear, honest updates while balancing our responsibility to all parties involved. GoogleWhat can I say apart from how thankful I am that myself and my husband chose Redbrik to help us sell our property. They have been absolutely faultless. Chloe and Katie specifically are absolutely fantastic at what they do and as an anxious person myself they made this experience stress free and smooth running. They were always there to lend a hand when I had any worries or doubts, they are both worth their weight in gold! They are an absolute credit to Redbrik. Chloe has been there for us right from the first step of having our house evaluated and between herself and Katie they have both reassured us every step of the way. The work and time they have put into us as sellers has been nothing short of amazing. They always kept me up to date with anything happening and was always just a phone call away, even out of hours. GoogleWe chose Redbrik because they ensured that the buyer had all the searches (information) before taking the property of the market. I am so glad we chose them. From start to finish we were kept in the picture. Hannah came to do the valuation and I felt totally at ease. She were completely honest and realistic about the value of our property and from the beginning I felt positive about asking Redbrik to sell our property. I were kept informed by Katie of all the viewers and there feedback. Not a week went by without me hearing from her. And Finally when the property were sold subject to contract Lisa chased us the Solicitors on both side to keep the sale moving and gave me weekly updates. They took all the stress out of selling a property for me. Everything ran so smoothly. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to have Redbrik as our estate agents. My house completed today and Lisa when she called to let me know genuinely sounded really happy for us. Thank you Hannah, Katie and Lisa you made an extremely stressful situation so easy and not stressful at all. Thank you Redbrik
