GoogleBy far the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent from the start Ross the valuer showed a great interest in our house and we knew he and the team would look after us and all the way through the process Liz kept me bang up to date about what was happening.In this day and age of doing it yourself to save a few pounds then my advice is don’t I received a very good selling price and the process was not stressful at all thanks to Ross and Liz and all the Redbrik team. I would definitely use again or recommend to anyone so thankyou to all at Redbrik fantastic service top of the class.

GoogleMisold property failing to indicate that it was part exchanged and that the actual seller was the developer. Made up a story about the current owner probably going to stop with family, and that the House could become imediatley vacant. Placed an offer on this property through them which was declinned. Fair enough. But never got back in contact with me to indicate that a 2nd party had placed an offer. Which was accepted!! First ever experience of dealing with an alleged reputable Estate Agent? That certainly ain't Science Duck !!

GoogleI have just been through the process of finding a property to rent and found one through Redbrik. I can’t fault the service provided so far, as all employees are genuine and well experienced in their job role. I want to give a special mention to Georgina who has been amazing throughout the whole process... you’ve done such a good job looking after us, which has helped taken away some of the stress and pressure whilst moving! GoogleFirst class experience and fantastic marketing. We've recently used Redbrik for the sale of our previous house and the whole experience from start to finish was superb. Ross Bateman was great with the first meeting and valuation, and then Thea Cox and Alex Matthews in contact from the office to arrange viewings etc. Would highly recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely abysmal service! my property still has not sold over 4 months from agreed sale! the advisor is a joke and constantly miscommunicates to both parties and the director basically just washed his hands of it! If I could give zero stars I would!
