We felt that Redbrik were really proactive in selling our house and in sending us directly, houses that we might want to view. From the valuer, Jacqueline; the photographer, Josh; the negotiators Holly and Natalie and her cover Janet; the viewing agent, Rebecca, they all listened to our ideas and comments and were keen to work in partnership with us. They were always available and even the office based people who were answering the phones, had access to our details and seemed to have the latest information on our sale. Our key worker, Natalie was also proactive in keeping in touch with us and let us know if she was going to be on holiday and who would be our contact until she returned. We wish we had put our house on the market with them from the beginning, as we received a very poor service from our first agent and the whole experience with them was very unpleasant. If you are looking to buy, avoid them. We are SSTC and ready to go. We spotted a beautiful property last weekend, called for a viewing and was told it's launching Thursday 12th Aug, you'll have the first viewing at 1pm.Today (they call Wed 11th) and tell me it's sold. I ask why. Because they arranged a viewing prior to the launch date. Wow.Launch date means nothing. Avoid. Unless you want to be really disappointed :(So sad.
