GoogleThe Newbury team have been incredible in helping me sell my flat and purchase a new property. Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful. In particular James has always been so helpful and put me right at ease from the start. Taylor also took time to phone and update me regularly. Couldn't recommend them all enough, thank you.

GoogleToyah has been amazing. From the moment we met her when she showed us round the property, she exuded so much positivity and clearly cared about finding a great solution for buyer and seller. She has continued to show us the same care and attention and professionalism throughout the process and has recommended excellent professionals to complete our team. She has been a huge support on this our first house purchase and we feel truly blessed to have been able to work with her.

GoogleMy partner and I spent a good 2 months looking for a new property in the Coulsdon and it quickly became apparent that Park & Bailey were the agencies with the best properties. Not only that but their customer service was top draw. They took down details of what we were looking for and only sent us properties that were within those requirements. They became so trusted that we went to see a property that they recommended before it went on the market and we ended up buying it! The sales manager Luke is always happy to pick up the phone, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Recommended

GoogleI recently bought my first house using Redbrik and I couldn’t recommend a better estate agent! The whole process was very daunting at first but Andrew Sedgwick at the Chesterfield branch really made the experience a 10/10. From start to finish, I felt supported in my purchase and was kept up to date thought it all. It was highly beneficial using the Redbrik Secure move package as all my searches were done before my offer was in! It was a very smooth process and as a first time buyer, I am forever grateful for Andrew and all the Redbrik team! Thank you so much for helping me buy my first home 🏠

GoogleWhat an incredible couple of weeks! We honestly cannot thank Redbrik enough for the support, care, and hard work they put into selling our home so quickly. A special thank you to Jacqueline, who came to give us a valuation. From the moment she arrived, she made us feel completely at ease. The appointment was relaxed yet professional, and she took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Her friendly approach, combined with her excellent knowledge of the local area and recently sold properties, gave us real confidence from the very start. We also want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to Jess. From putting our house on the market, through viewings, and right up to the sale, she has been absolutely amazing. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable and truly an expert in what she does, but what stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about us as a family, not just about making a sale. She took the time to understand what was important to us, gave honest and thoughtful advice, and supported us every step of the way, especially while we were buying the house we wanted. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication were second to none, and it’s so clear how hard she works alongside the team around her. We would also like to mention Katie and Liz, who were always so friendly, warm, and understanding when it came to booking viewings and answering any questions we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and patience really made a difference. We put our house up for sale on the Friday and had sold by the Tuesday. The team worked tirelessly to arrange lots of viewings and were always quick to respond to phone calls and WhatsApp messages, nothing was ever a bother. The Secure Move and Street apps were also a fantastic way to keep track of viewings, surveys, and communication, which made the whole process so much easier. We cannot recommend Redbrik highly enough and will continue to recommend them to others.
