GoogleIn December 2020 we found our dream property in Warlingham via Park & Bailey. The survey indicated several issues which required further investigation including a further report from a structural engineer. The agent requested a copy of the original survey which I agreed to but gave the clear instruction not to share the report with anyone. In March 2021 with just one week to go before exchange of contracts the vendor informed us that she was no longer selling to us. The agent then informed us that the vendor was running another contract. I asked for confirmation that our original survey had not been provided to the vendor. They said it had been sent it to the vendor but had been done so “in error” because the vendor shared the same first name as one of their staff . A truly awful experience.

I was very happy with them, they got us lots of interest, a great price and their progression of the sale has been fantastic, they have chased much more than my own solicitor or any others in the chain and kept me very well informed. GoogleWe have just bought a property through P&B Warlingham and the service was excellent. They went above and beyond to help us out throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. The completion team were also fantastic in chasing everyone down to get exchange finalized. Would definitely recommend. Special thanks to Dean and June for all of their hard work.

GoogleI’ve been really impressed with Park and Bailey throughout the whole process, from the valuation right through to completion of the property I was selling. They were knowledgeable, professional, realistic about the price of the property and most importantly I felt they were trustworthy, something I find really refreshing given my dealings with other agents. They found a buyer the first weekend of listing and the sales progression team (June) did an awesome job of making sure the whole chain was moving as fast as they could. No hesitation recommending Park & Bailey to sell your property.
