GoogleAfter initially being proactive and selling house quickly, they became rather quiet, and when we had a query over possible left item after the move, having phoned twice and being promised returned phone calls they never replied.

GoogleOur experience with Redbrik was first-class for both our sale and purchase. We had regular contact with them throughout, and the solicitor that they recommended too. A bonus with Redbrik was that they had a database of people wanting to be on the estate where we were moving from so we had a very busy few days of viewings! GoogleWow. I phoned them and left a message yesterday to get someone out to value my house and explain to me the fully inclusive package advertised for selling at 50%. No response what so ever the next day. Not sure if they are just incompetent, rude or don’t want you to have 50% off. VERY POOR

GoogleEnquired about a property they have as "available" on rightmove only to be told it is stc and nearly ready to complete. Several weeks later it is still showing as available so enquire again and am told the same again but told it will be removed, a few weeks later the same again and now over 6 months later is still showing as available!
