We recently completed a purchase on a property that was under Park & Bailey and I'm sure the team will agree it wasn't an easy journey! We weren't actually Park & Bailey's direct clients but we were so impressed by everyone, particularly Sam Bushell who was amazingly professional throughout the entire process from us viewing the property to the actual completion day. Sam isn't your average sales consultant, he was always transparent with us, told us how it was and was always responsive to our requests. The owner we purchased the property from was somewhat difficult to say the least, but Sam dealt with it very well. There were times when we couldn't get a hold of Sam (when he was busy with other appointments) but the rest of the team were just as brilliant (Dean and June). We wholeheartedly thank Sam and the team for everything and all the best with the future! Stay safe and healthy all.

The level of service we received from Park & Bailey Warlingham was absolutely amazing. Our sale was anything but straightforward but Dean and the team guided us through the sale and provided clear, honest advice. The marketing of the property was quick and painless and the whole sales team worked together. However, the aftersales is where they really demonstrated their quality. June in the Progression team was always available and in constant contact to guide us through huge obstacles and last minute issues. Her communication meant we never felt unprepared and were confident we could overcome any issues. My wife and I are so pleased and can't thank you all enough!

Black mold, poor service

One year on and one of my dearest friends who moved out of a house on Brocklehurst Piece is happily recovered from black mold poisoning, after repeated efforts made by her to the estate agents to deal with it for over a year. Numerous emails were sent to RedBrik, one person was sent by them to inspect the property but didn't even have a damp meter to take readings, and blamed it on her afterwards stating it was 'lifestyle and drying clothes inside'. Later in the year a builder was sent to deal with some of the black mold, which he did in the kitchen though only on the area he was able to get access to - wall space where washing machine would be. However the mold was riddled behind the cupboards and in both first floor rooms. He had confirmed there was a leak from the roof due issue with roof tile.... After living in the house for around 2 years and no effort to deal with it properly, she hired a decorator to go around, which she had to as the wallpaper was coming off, so he also found the mold wasn't just surface layer but coming from the stone and damp. The estate agents should have been working with the landlord to deal with the situation without it turning into toxic health hazard and forcing her to get a decorator in herself. Which is why she had to leave the house after it affected her lungs so much. She never got her deposit back.
