GoogleI cannot stress how much I would recommend Janet from the Chesterfield office, her service ticked all the boxes for what you really want from an estate agent. Janet is a pleasure to deal with great personality , knowledgeable and most importantly extremely proactive. She was on top of everything right from the start and made our purchase 100% easier. GoogleWe felt that Redbrik were really proactive in selling our house and in sending us directly, houses that we might want to view. From the valuer, Jacqueline; the photographer, Josh; the negotiators Holly and Natalie and her cover Janet; the viewing agent, Rebecca, they all listened to our ideas and comments and were keen to work in partnership with us. They were always available and even the office based people who were answering the phones, had access to our details and seemed to have the latest information on our sale. Our key worker, Natalie was also proactive in keeping in touch with us and let us know if she was going to be on holiday and who would be our contact until she returned. We wish we had put our house on the market with them from the beginning, as we received a very poor service from our first agent and the whole experience with them was very unpleasant. We have since not heard anyone say a bad word about Redbrik, in fact we can't fault the service we received from them. GoogleRedbrik have been fantastic from start to finish. We sold our property very quickly and achieved the asking price. The staff are very professional, nothing is to much trouble, you feel you are in safe hands with them. A big shout out to Liz Wheelhouse, a phone call every week from her, keeping us up to date. She was always there to guide and steer us through any problems and was always happy to listen and advise. Overall, we have used Redbrik a few times over the years and may I say they always go above and beyond to make a somewhat stressful experience, more manageable. GoogleWe used Redbrik to sell our home and the experience couldn’t have been better from our valuation meeting with Emma to The photographer who came out to measure up and take photos right through to all the staff in the office. I’m pretty sure at some point everyone there was involved with booking in appointments, yet they all knew when we were available, when other viewings were booked in and when best to fit others in. Within a week of going to market we had a number of offers and a sale was agreed within the first two weeks, again, everyone in the office seemed involved, all knew the right details about the property and handled it in a very friendly yet professional manner. Ross came out to value our house and was very informative, he explained everything in detail and was on hand if we had any questions. Janet dealt with the sale of our property, and was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. GoogleWe bought a house in July '21 with Redbrik. We had the Stamp Duty holiday deadline looming and Claire, Stacey and the team were instrumental in ensuring that we met the deadline, saving us £thousands in tax. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very good at speeding up the other links in the chain, which is just what we needed. They were excellent at keeping us informed with regular emails and phone calls and we were extremely impressed with their service. We don't intend on moving again, but if we do - I'll be giving them a call.

Claire, Stacey and Ollie were very approachable, professional and helpful at all times and there was always someone to answer a call. The marketing was very good with excellent photos. They worked hard to sell our property quickly in a matter of weeks, despite some difficulties. They were also good at keeping us up to date during the sale process. We were very happy with the service.
