Unfortunately not able to give a positive review when dealing with a purchase through Redbrik. Redbrik could have caused myself and my family major problems by choosing not to disclose vital information on the property. They showed little concern over this. Found the experience stressful, unhelpful and uncaring. Ended up dealing direct with the seller towards the end. Glad it’s over.

We felt that Redbrik were really proactive in selling our house and in sending us directly, houses that we might want to view. From the valuer, Jacqueline; the photographer, Josh; the negotiators Holly and Natalie and her cover Janet; the viewing agent, Rebecca, they all listened to our ideas and comments and were keen to work in partnership with us. They were always available and even the office based people who were answering the phones, had access to our details and seemed to have the latest information on our sale. Our key worker, Natalie was also proactive in keeping in touch with us and let us know if she was going to be on holiday and who would be our contact until she returned. We wish we had put our house on the market with them from the beginning, as we received a very poor service from our first agent and the whole experience with them was very unpleasant. We have since not heard anyone say a bad word about Redbrik, in fact we can't fault the service we received from them. We have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Redbrik have brought me to completion of my house sale with professionalism, diplomacy, excellent communication, tenacity and whilst keeping the personal touch. It wasn’t smooth sailing…I doubt it is for anyone at the moment, with the volatility of the current property market….so you need people with the right skills, good communication and great experience in your corner. The specialist staff responsible for different aspects of the sale are crucial. Redbrik provide this no question. They are leaders in their field. I am certain that without them I would not have been as successful. I personally found it very efficient to choose to have the link through them straight to Banner Jones. This certainly removes some of the issues re communication and speeds the process.

OMG, like the best estate agents EVER!! I can't go into all the details but Redbrik restored our faith in estate agents in Sheffield, they just made our house look amazing, got a great sale and supported us to get the place of our dreams! They showed everyone round, they were super profesh, looked amazing, were friendly and responsive and got us a great deal with our solicitor too Taylor and Emmet who were also so good I heard from them maybe 8 times and then we completed!! Every other house move I've gone through was like a horror movie, with estate agents who dropped everything on us and solicitors who seemed to not know what they were doing... This time it was as smooth as silk and they supported us great after SK estate agents shafted us in a sale (apparently not illegal even though it cost us so much). I HIGHLY RECOMEND them as estate agents to completely trust! I'm so impressed, it's embarrassing how much I'm just wow'd by this company. Jess sold our house and was a total boss, Louise & Emi were lovely and great at what they do, Lewis was a total legend 🤩🙌 Don't be tight and try and penny pinch for like £200 lol, they're just too good and you'll be so grateful to yourselves that you did, they won't let you down they'll smash it for you!
