I can't recommend Claire and the team at Redbrik highly enough. We sold our house in January and from the first contact we made, to the day we completed, the service we received was 5*. I had not sold or bought a house as a single person for a number of years and was very nervous about the whole procedure. Claire gently helped me through the intricacies of the process. She not only advised me about offers on my own property but also made suggestions as to how and what I should offer on my proposed purchase, even negotiating on my behalf when I was too anxious to do it myself. When a number of points were brought up from the buyers survey on my sale, Claire advised me and kindly arranged the necessary professional contractors to sort everything out. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking to sell their property. I would also add that I couldn’t have done it without her, she was my guardian angel.

Our agent, Claire, was friendly, personable, and helpful. She gave us excellent advice about how to sell our home. We went with the top tier service, and the viewings quickly filled up the available slots. Claire showed our home each time and was communicative and responsive about the viewings and feedback. We received plenty of offers and agreed on a deal within a couple of weeks of going live, all at a schedule that suited us. Once we agreed a sale, Claire continued to follow everything up and helped things go smoothly right up to completion. Claire really knows her stuff and loves her job, and the service we received was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again.

We used Redbrik to sell our home and the experience couldn’t have been better from our valuation meeting with Emma to The photographer who came out to measure up and take photos right through to all the staff in the office. I’m pretty sure at some point everyone there was involved with booking in appointments, yet they all knew when we were available, when other viewings were booked in and when best to fit others in. Within a week of going to market we had a number of offers and a sale was agreed within the first two weeks, again, everyone in the office seemed involved, all knew the right details about the property and handled it in a very friendly yet professional manner.
