Ruby explained every thing in detail and also suggested the possibility extending or enhancing the property for our requirement. GoogleWe had a really positive experience with the team at Park & Bailey in Coulsdon and also when visiting another branch while we were looking around the area. Everyone we met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful rather than pushy, which made the whole process feel much more relaxed. They took the time to answer our questions, gave honest advice about the local area, and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewings. Communication was great and it was clear the team really cares about helping people find the right home. Overall, a very professional but also personal service. We’re really grateful for the support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

GoogleAfter we failed to sell our property through another agent we decided to try Redbrik as they seemed to have a more dynamic and proactive approach to selling property. We are so glad that we did! Throughout the long and difficult process of selling in Chesterfield and buying in another area, Liz and Lisa were very professional. They kept us informed with frequent phone calls and feedback from viewings, always sounding so positive and assuring us that things would work out all right in the end. They kept us going when things were really tough and offered a lot of helpful advice. We felt they really cared about us as people, not just about selling our property. We can't thank them enough for the successful sale of our house and would highly recommend Redbrik to anyone wanting to sell their property.

GoogleThe top notch communication/information mostly did it for us. The agents always reported EVERY SINGLE UPDATE ABOUT OUR SALES. They also communicated and retrieved information we couldn’t get from our solicitors. Secondly, they ensured we got a good price for our property.

The whole process was very daunting at first but Andrew Sedgwick at the Chesterfield branch really made the experience a 10/10. From start to finish, I felt supported in my purchase and was kept up to date thought it all. GoogleCan't praise redbrik enough. Can't believe how fast my house sale went through. It sold within 1 week of viewings! I was kept In the loop through out the process. There was no pressure at all with signing up with them they allowed me to think about my decision which is what I valued the most. Thankyou again to the team I would definitely highly recommend

GoogleWe found no fault with the team at the Lambourn Office. Very professional and helpful. Their guidance of the sale process was excellent and we had weekly updates on progress of our sale and purchase from them. Any queries that we had were dealt with enthusiastically and in good time. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a knowledgeable local estate agent.

GoogleWe have been highly impressed and delighted with the way in which Toyah and her team at Lambourn have handled the entire process of the sale of our house. They were pro-active, extremely hard-working throughout and communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and queries were dealt with in a clear and helpful manner. Their knowledge and familiarity with the property and the village was invaluable in the marketing and securing of a sale. When calling in to the local office unannounced one is always assured of a friendly and welcoming reception ! Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to engage in the future.
