Very poor buying experience we offered asking price when no other offers had been received to only be told they have more viewings to entice a bidding war and entice their buyers into paying way over what the house is valued at. If the owners wanted more money they should have advertised as offers over a price so everyone was aware they could be entering into a bidding war. If a price is listed it should be the first asking price offered should be accepted this country is still in the dark ages and this company is certainly not for the purchasers . Greedy sharks

I can't recommend Park and Bailey Warlingham enough! After a few failed offers Claire and Colin suggested a few other places and BINGO my partner and I found out first home! June also worked endlessly to get the purchase over the finishing line and was always only a phone call away! I want to say a huge thank you to the team because they all actually played a huge part in my now husband proposing to me. They allowed him to pick up the keys to decorate our home and take them back to keep it a secret!

We recently completed a purchase on a property that was under Park & Bailey and I'm sure the team will agree it wasn't an easy journey! We weren't actually Park & Bailey's direct clients but we were so impressed by everyone, particularly Sam Bushell who was amazingly professional throughout the entire process from us viewing the property to the actual completion day. Sam isn't your average sales consultant, he was always transparent with us, told us how it was and was always responsive to our requests. The owner we purchased the property from was somewhat difficult to say the least, but Sam dealt with it very well. There were times when we couldn't get a hold of Sam (when he was busy with other appointments) but the rest of the team were just as brilliant (Dean and June). The level of service we received from Park & Bailey Warlingham was absolutely amazing. Our sale was anything but straightforward but Dean and the team guided us through the sale and provided clear, honest advice. The marketing of the property was quick and painless and the whole sales team worked together. However, the aftersales is where they really demonstrated their quality. June in the Progression team was always available and in constant contact to guide us through huge obstacles and last minute issues. Her communication meant we never felt unprepared and were confident we could overcome any issues. My wife and I are so pleased and can't thank you all enough!
