GoogleWe unfortunately didn't have a great experience of Redbrik as buyers. The most telling example was when we had an offer in on a property. The Agent rang me around 9am to let me know someone else had offered on it and would we increase our offer. As my husband was at work I said I would need to discuss with him and get back to her if that was ok. She said of course and that she would be there until 5pm for us to get back to her. At 3pm, on checking Zoopla, the property showed up as sold. When my husband rang to enquire what had happened as we had been given time to respond until the end of the day, he was told that someone would get back to him... and they never did.
Prior to this we had been involved in a Best and Finals on a Redbrik property which wasn't handled nicely at all. It came across that with the crazy housing market during the pandemic, Redbrik didn't feel the need to make any effort with buyers - they were probably great if you were selling though! It got to the point where we tried our best to avoid properties being sold by them, and thankfully the house we eventually purchased was with a different agent. Sorry for the poor review but really not a great experience for us.NegativeProfessionalism

Hi Holly, thank you for taking the time to review the experience you had this year. I am the Chesterfield Area Manager for Redbrik and have tried to get in touch with you to discuss the feedback further so I can understand if there can be any changes to our process to better help and advise buyers.
As you stated the market for buyers is incredibly tough and we are dealing with high volumes of offers per property.
When higher offers were received you were given the opportunity to increase but needed time to consider. The emails and call logs show we did try to contact you again before the end of the day and as we did not hear from you, the sale was agreed. Unfortunately, you along with many others were unsuccessful on this occasion with many offers exceeding even our expectations.
In the recent email to you, we said if you are still looking for a property then please do not hesitate to get in touch with me personally to discuss your requirements and I will endeavour to give you honest and friendly support during the process. If you have already purchased a property we wish you all the best in your new home this Christmas and hope to be able to help you in your property journey in the future.
