Having just sold my house with Redbrik the only review I can write is a positive one. The 5-star service we received all the way from initial valuation through to the sale of our property was second to none. All too often, previously, I would have to continually chase answers, never have my calls returned and generally feel frustrated with the property sale process. This was not the case with Redbrik. The communication and support we received was excellent, the marketing package was superb and showcased our property very well, the online portal kept us fully informed of progress being made, finally, the fees quoted were also very competitive. A special mention must go to Kathryn and Claire who managed the sale process exceptionally well. I will have no hesitation in using Redbrik for any future property transaction I will be involved with.

My partner and I are in the process of buying our first home through Redbrik and honestly we could not have asked for a better estate agent than Sophie. When we viewed the property, she knew so much about the house and had all the answers to the questions I had about the property. She was very quick to follow up with more information I had requested about the property, and throughout the buying process she has been so professional and responsive, giving us updates with where we were with the buying process and the current owners' buying process, as we were in a chain. She also gave us the contact of a surveyor for the house, and was liaising with our mortgage broker (Kelly from Connect Financial Solutions, who works with Redbrik) so communication throughout was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Sophie and Redbrik for anyone looking to buy or sell property.

This is currently our 4th house so not new to the Estate Agent experience, but this one was not great! Do not pay upfront, less stressful if you just burn the £495. Communication was poor and inconsistent; not all staff coming up with same version of information. Only used them as they sold the property in 2019. Wouldn't use again.

We unfortunately didn't have a great experience of Redbrik as buyers. The most telling example was when we had an offer in on a property. The Agent rang me around 9am to let me know someone else had offered on it and would we increase our offer. As my husband was at work I said I would need to discuss with him and get back to her if that was ok. She said of course and that she would be there until 5pm for us to get back to her. At 3pm, on checking Zoopla, the property showed up as sold. When my husband rang to enquire what had happened as we had been given time to respond until the end of the day, he was told that someone would get back to him... and they never did. Prior to this we had been involved in a Best and Finals on a Redbrik property which wasn't handled nicely at all. It came across that with the crazy housing market during the pandemic, Redbrik didn't feel the need to make any effort with buyers - they were probably great if you were selling though! It got to the point where we tried our best to avoid properties being sold by them, and thankfully the house we eventually purchased was with a different agent. Sorry for the poor review but really not a great experience for us.NegativeProfessionalism

Redbrik have brought me to completion of my house sale with professionalism, diplomacy, excellent communication, tenacity and whilst keeping the personal touch. It wasn’t smooth sailing…I doubt it is for anyone at the moment, with the volatility of the current property market….so you need people with the right skills, good communication and great experience in your corner. The specialist staff responsible for different aspects of the sale are crucial. Redbrik provide this no question. They are leaders in their field. I am certain that without them I would not have been as successful. I personally found it very efficient to choose to have the link through them straight to Banner Jones. We have just purchased a house with The Redbrik Team as our estate agents and I cannot fault any of the work they have done for us over the last few months! Even from the offset, we were able to book a viewing hours after we had rang them up with interest in our house. We was able to take the property off the market the same day as we viewed it and they helped with us pay our reservation fee. Our agent, Emma, was absolutely brilliant! She replied promptly, reassured any concerns we had, was flexible for us to view the home on a number of occasions, polite, friendly, professional. We haven’t got a bad word to say about her! Ewe move did exactly what it says on the tin and worked to get a buyer in place and keep them interested. All staff were accessible, courteous and knowledgeable. The price attained was exactly what they had estimated at the start. No false or exaggerated figures! The only criticism and advise for others is not to use their suggested solicitors, but find your own! You would probably get a swifter and more interested service. However, the progress chasers that were used through them (ASAPT, I think) were excellent.
