GoogleUseless incompetent staff had to keep chasing constantly for information when I did get something. They were very vague answers. My sale was going through the crystal peaks branch they were "TERRIBLE" 👎👎👎 …

GoogleWe unfortunately didn't have a great experience of Redbrik as buyers. The most telling example was when we had an offer in on a property. The Agent rang me around 9am to let me know someone else had offered on it and would we increase our offer. As my husband was at work I said I would need to discuss with him and get back to her if that was ok. She said of course and that she would be there until 5pm for us to get back to her. At 3pm, on checking Zoopla, the property showed up as sold. When my husband rang to enquire what had happened as we had been given time to respond until the end of the day, he was told that someone would get back to him... and they never did. Prior to this we had been involved in a Best and Finals on a Redbrik property which wasn't handled nicely at all. It came across that with the crazy housing market during the pandemic, Redbrik didn't feel the need to make any effort with buyers - they were probably great if you were selling though! It got to the point where we tried our best to avoid properties being sold by them, and thankfully the house we eventually purchased was with a different agent. Sorry for the poor review but really not a great experience for us.

I am the Chesterfield Area Manager for Redbrik and have tried to get in touch with you to discuss the feedback further so I can understand if there can be any changes to our process to better help and advise buyers. As you stated the market for buyers is incredibly tough and we are dealing with high volumes of offers per property. When higher offers were received you were given the opportunity to increase but needed time to consider. The emails and call logs show we did try to contact you again before the end of the day and as we did not hear from you, the sale was agreed. Unfortunately, you along with many others were unsuccessful on this occasion with many offers exceeding even our expectations. In the recent email to you, we said if you are still looking for a property then please do not hesitate to get in touch with me personally to discuss your requirements and I will endeavour to give you honest and friendly support during the process. GoogleAs as current tenant renting through Redbrik, I just wanted to express my thanks to the letting's team and in particular Georgina for all her hardwork! When the property has needed any repairs or attention the team at Redbrik are organised, caring and dedicated to what they do. The communication is effective and responsive and most of all just really pleasant :) Renting as a family can at times be difficult but I have always been made to feel at home in the property and look forward to many more happy years! well done to the entire team at Redbrik!

GoogleEstate agents get bad press all the time. Redbrik are turning things around in the most positive way. My wife has just sold her Mum's property with Redbrik. From valuation by Emma, to showing the property, to completion by Laura and Kelly I can honestly say we have been very impressed by the professionalism, excellent communication and efficiency of the Redbrik team. Highly recommended.

GoogleThis is currently our 4th house so not new to the Estate Agent experience, but this one was not great! Do not pay upfront, less stressful if you just burn the £495. Communication was poor and inconsistent; not all staff coming up with same version of information. Only used them as they sold the property in 2019. Wouldn't use again.

GoogleI have used Redbrick for just over as year now and we have been very pleased with their service. We are new to Letting and have found the way they communicate and keep in touch is fantastic. I would highly recommend them, they keep both tenants and landlords happy by giving great customer service, informing us of all things we need to know without just invoicing us, they send photos which means you get to see problems or issues first hand. Their contractors seem to be reasonable in the only instance we have used them. They also seem to find great tenants which also means things tend to run very smoothly.

After dealings with other run if the mill agents these guys have lifted the lid on customer service, communication with regular updates , property details , quality of staff ; they are simply a revelation in the world of Estate Agents. GoogleThe most caring and efficient letting company I’ve ever rented from. Zoe Addenbrooke was so attentive and helpful, and was in constant communication with us whenever we needed her. She is a credit to the company. Redbrik were really thorough when we moved in, including taking close images of any slight damage in the property to ensure our deposit would not be effected by any previous damage. I would highly recommend Redbrik and would absolutely use them again.

Claire valued our house alongside two other agents and it was an easy decision to choose Redbrik from her honest approach and also ability to predict potential pitfalls and plan ahead with confidence. This set Claire apart from the other agents. From that first interaction we haven’t been disappointed, it hasn’t been a straightforward sale but the communication from the whole team Claire, Stacey, Sophie and Kathryn has been great. Thanks for being in touch throughout and keeping the communication going, and helping us negotiate our way to a completion. Selling our house was still very stressful but I think leaving it in the capable hands of the North West Redbrik team has been the best decision we made in this process.
