Katie organised my onward purchase and she was great. Organised, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. She was very helpful and it was like dealing with a person not a robot. It was also very easy to get in touch with her. Redbrik on the whole were good. Andrew was my the estate agent I dealt with for the closure of my sale and purchase. He was helpful and easy to contact. The downside was sometimes I thought there miscommunication between myself, the vendor for my purchase as well as between me and my buyer. Nothing major.

Having never sold a property before (only ever purchased) we was dreading the whole process. We had four Estate Agents value our property & chose Redbrik based not on the valuation they gave but the professionalism & friendliness of their representative. The marketing information they produced needed no amendments at all & the photos they took were fantastic (almost made me change my mind about selling). They worked with us when it came to the viewings & after the first weekend it was clear they were bang on with the valuation. What made Redbrik stand out from the rest is they had a human touch as well as a professional approach. We chose our buyers based not on their offer but on them being good natured & like minded people. The team at Redbrik understood this and did everything they could to make the process run smoothly. To cut a long story short, the process has taken 12 weeks from the advert going online to the keys being handed over. Fortunately for us the people we have bought from were also using Redbrik & that has gone just as smoothly. In the current climate they are under so much pressure but no call went unanswered, every email responded to and we felt supported all the way. Thank you to everyone in the Sheffield & Chesterfield offices, we couldn't recommend you highly enough.
