GoogleI wish I could give one star. I would never recommend Redbrik as a letting agency as they will try and take your deposit over damage that was already present on move in (even when you have proof!) and tell you blatant lies. As a tenant they were a nightmare to contact and will make you feel as if you are a second class citizen for renting. We were also charged a £600 fee to move out early as we had a change in situation and then proceeded very slowly to find a new tenant. Not only this, the letting agency who visited for viewings arrived late at the same time as the viewer so they didn't get any time to look round the house first, and I ended up having do their job for them and answer questions. They also proceeded to not turn up on one visit and not inform us they weren't coming so I wasted half my day waiting. Absolute joke of a company and shouldn't call themselves professionals. Money grabbing letting agency.

GoogleCurrently selling my property with Redbrik. Has only been on the market afew weeks and a offer has been accepted. From the beginning until now everything has been handled so professionally and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Siobhan has always kept me updated and was a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic work and would definitely recommend to anyone buying selling or letting

GoogleThe professional service and advice provided by Tracey was excellent and if it wasn't for her help and support we would have seriously struggled to complete the process after a very difficult set back. We have really appreciated all her hard work and efforts throughout. Outstanding member of staff. It would have been 5 stars based on Tracey alone.

GoogleYet again , Redbrik in Chesterfield have been amazing. They kindly managed any viewings at the sale property . On finding a buyer we were then in the capable hands of Louise Jones . The sale did not run smoothly but Louise updated us throughout and kept working for us every step up to the completion. Thank you Louise !!!

GoogleTreated poorly . I offered and had my offer accepted on a house through Redbricks. I was asked to pay £595 and sign an exclusivity contract to tie me into the sale. I happily paid and signed to get the house. I was told that from that point on “ Redbrick” would not allow further viewings or marketing. ! Little did I know that two weeks and two days later , I was informed that the property had a better offer ! I thought I had exclusivity ! I just got a refund of the money £595 . Which is still waiting to be credited back to my card. Why pay the money ! Why offer me exclusivity and then with draw it. Very shabby

GoogleGeorgina Wood is our Asset Manager for the Lettings Team. We have dealt with Georgina for quite a few years. She is exceptionally helpful and supportive. She is always quick to respond by email or over the phone. We have no negative comments whatsoever. Georgina helped and supported us through a very difficult situation a few years ago. GoogleSophie, Ross and the team at redbrik were all amazing. The communication throughout the sale of our house was continuous and the process was smooth and professional. I highly recommend their service and their choice of solicitors too. Rachel of Taylor Emmet solicitors was proactive and continued to update us with the progress of the sale and also chased all of the other solicitors involved.

GoogleWe have been renting with redbrik for the last 18 months. Mainly our experience has been good but that's because we didn't have any issues with the property. Lately we've had some minor problems and had to contact redbrik. Georgina is the person who deals with us but I use the term deal with loosely. She never calls back when she says she will and is constantly busy doing something else We have called on multiple occasions over the last 3 months and always get promised a call back which never happens. We have tried speaking to other members of staff but they are all as incompetent as Georgina so don't call back either

GoogleRedbrik Chesterfield have been a wonderful estate agent for us. They managed our rental property for 3 years and were a pleasure to work with throughout. From our first interaction with them to rent the house, right through to us leaving the property this year, they have been lovely :) Our manager, Georgina, is very friendly, kind and helpful and it's actually good to see her every 6 months for our property inspection haha! Redbrik are prompt to respond to any maintenance issues, and are easy to get in contact with. As a rental agent, I highly recommend them :)

GoogleAs a Landlord I have found Redbrik Estate Agents to be a great help. Nowadays the law often seems to be on the side of the tenant but Redbrik offer much help and guidance for the landlord also and I feel that my property is safe in their hands. Georgina who manages my property is professional and friendly and a pleasure to correspond with, always replying to any questions or problems I have very quickly. If you have a property to let Redbrik will help you find a suitable tenant and therefore a certain peace of mind about who is occupying it. This to me is worth a lot because it can save so much expense and disruption in the future. Highly recommended Estate Agents!

GoogleWe found Redbrik to be excellent in dealing with the sale of our property from the initial contact with Jaqueline the final negotiations on price with I believe was Jess who was in contact with us and purchasers well after hours, then Louise who kept us informed after the sale was agreed. Plus all the others who made appointments etc. The fact we completed the sale details etc before marketing the property meant things went as smoothly as any sale can. We will use them again
