GooglePoor/abrupt/factually incorrect (directly conflicting with Tennancy Agreement) information when requesting return of rental deposit. Escalated to Director who did resolve the situation promptly hence the score of 2 stars (which would have been 1 star if not resolved so promptly)

GoogleI would absolutely recommended Redbrick, having to sell my mum's house after her passing was very emotional but Grace and her team were amazing. Grace would regularly update me with the progress of the property on the market. Thank Grace you have been amazing.

GoogleYet again , Redbrik in Chesterfield have been amazing. They kindly managed any viewings at the sale property . On finding a buyer we were then in the capable hands of Louise Jones . The sale did not run smoothly but Louise updated us throughout and kept working for us every step up to the completion. Thank you Louise !!!
