GoogleMy experience of selling my house via the Park and Bailey Coulsdon branch has been an extremely positive experience. Luke and Ruby have been the main contacts and both have been professional throughout the process from arranging multiple viewings, keeping me well informed at every stage and providing feedback when possible. Luke and Ruby also supported with the negotiations on my onward purchase, which was a huge benefit as they had knowledge with regards to the market and liaised with the sellers agents on my behalf which made the process much less stressful. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

GoogleEveryone at Redbrik that we have dealt with during the sale of our house& purchase of our new home have been amazing. The communication has been great throughout&the whole process has been stress- free and straightforward. We got told a time frame initially of a minimum of 3 months when we put our house on the market to completion and that's exactly how long it took. Louise especially, has been so lovely& great at keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. Thankyou so much for everything would 100% recommend Redbrik.

GoogleI don’t think there are enough positive words for this but here goes… The sale of my property was set to be a rollercoaster due to the nature of the situation and foam loft insulation (nightmarish stuff!) but I couldn’t have wished for a better team supporting me throughout. Lisa and the team have been far far more than Estate Agents- they have literally been a shoulder to cry on, a source of strength and the team to put a smile back on my face. It’s been incredibly emotional and to complete, thanks to this amazing team, has literally been life changing for me. Communication, empathy, knowledge, advise- everything has been incredible from the start. I can’t thank them enough- onwards to a wonderful, happy future. 100000000/10 would recommend.

She always made time to answer my questions no matter how small and her responses were impressively fast, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how well she explained every step of the mortgage process. GoogleI would never rent from this company again. Deceitful and unprofessional. I would recommend taking plenty of photos when you move out because this company will lie and try to take your deposit.

GoogleWe went to look at this beautiful property as soon as it came on the market, Sam, showed us around and was very knowledgeable of the house and its' surrounding area. We made an offer on the property and Sam was so helpful and contacted us to let us know what was going on all the way through the process. When our offer was accepted we were absolutely thrilled. With out a doubt Sam will have a very successful career as an estate agent. 6 star review from us (if that was possible.!!!)
