GoogleQube manage our two apartments in Liverpool. As the owners, living far away in South Africa means we are unable to do this ourselves. Qube have proved invaluable taking care of our properties for us. Bethany particularly has been fantastic in dealing with any and all issues that crop up and sorting them out quickly and efficiently, keeping our tenants happy and ensuring our properties are always in good condition. GoogleI'm leaving Courtney /Rebecca both 5* ratings . I highly recommended them both , Good at explaining and showing tenants where things are like the bin rooms , stop taps for the water so tenants know what to do. Really helpful and knowledgeable & friendly , good communication with myself and the tenant's.

GoogleApartment was re-let quickly and efficiently. Rebecca dealt with any maintenance issues- post previous tenants leaving and new tenants commencing. Process was quick and painless which is what any landlord wants. Good communication throughout the process.
