They have done a great job in ensuring that my units have minimal void period. As with the recent Silkhouse issue, which is entirely not their fault, they have kept me well informed. Qube have managed my property for over 2 years and are fantastic. They communicate all issues relating to my property immediately and manage all issues professionally and fast. Tenants are referenced and sourced quickly, all landlord obligations eg PAT testing carried out within budget. Would highly recommend as always professional and great communicators .
