GoogleI have started a complaint with Kier headquarters and Helen webb. I have contacted BBC watch dog and the FCA about this incident as it seems there are many Kier unhappy customers. When i reserved this property i was given a deadline to get mortgage in place and exchange. I agreed to this time period being 6-8 weeks. The date was not confirmed on the form that i signed with kristelle. Out of all the properties we were interested in this was the quickest to be built. I pushed my solicitors and constantly called beth lyon for updates. I was promised weekly updates of build and the 10th september was the last time i received this. Regards to Mortgage bureau and Beth Lyon she can confirm any emails she sent to me was immediately responded to. Any documents required was immediately given. After first consultation she went on holiday delaying paperwork being submitted. further more there was a delay in H2B funding which meant that the exchange deadline should have been addressed to me. At which point i contacted the office for mark blakes mobile number and left a message with no response. I was only aware of a 6 week extension from that point 11th/October. I am now being told this was actually 4 weeks. My solicitors have carried out searches at my expense and Beth advised me that mark blake will not allow me to use halifax as a mortgage lender. this then delayed the process further more which should be taken into account. Then once beth submitted to virgin money who was the next cheapest provider, i was told my solicitors were not on the panel. Again no fault of mine. I submitted to her information given to me by my solicitor. At this point i called mark and left another message with no response. I re iterated to Beth that no sales team or manager has made contact with me since september. I then received my first call today from mark blake telling me that he has cancelled a sale because beth lyon said she cant get me a mortgage. I called beth who said this was not true and said we could fast track the mortgage as solicitors can act immediately after offer has been given. The last 48 hours is just more time wasted. The reasons for the delay are solely on your part by refusing me a lender of choice that had been submitted, then wasting time submitting to a lender that my solicitor wasn't on the panel for. I want to hear from a senior of mark blakes to why my reservation has been cancelled. I also want to know why there is a deadline which has been delayed 14-15 days at your and mortgage bureaus fault not mine. For this reason i ask for you to allow the mortgage offer to be submitted and solicitors to carry out their work to meet the 12 november deadline. If this is over a few days it is not at fault to me. I have been mislead and mistreated from the start and i feel like ink on a piece of paper. There was no communication from area sales manager and there was bad practice by all. I have paid solictiors £250, Yourself £500 and Virgin £180. If you are forgoing with the cancellations than i ask for your to reimburst my costs. The stress this has caused me and my wife is unimaginable and if you dont allow us to proceed based upon your assumption then i will seek full legal action and find those responsible for compensation.
