GoogleI have been working with Qube Residential or a while, especially Dianne & Jon on a 121 basis. They have been very proactive in helping let my Liverpool based units with good standard of tenants, going above and beyond with assisting with marketing pictures etc. Thank you to the entire team of Qube for all your help & support over the years!

GoogleScammers. Please avoid. Fake listing. I came across several properties which were added just a day before. When I enquired for site visit, they said all the properties were booked, and further they said only one property is available but for different price (+200 pounds), which seems to be the same property they advertised. They are literally showing one price for a property and increasing it or marking it as sold out until someone agrees for a huge price. Scammers.

GoogleHad a viewing booked for 3:30pm, we sent confirmation via text message, then our viewing was moved to a different time, seems very unorganised... I'd look elsewhere for rentals.

GoogleI wouldn't recommend this estate agency. I've recently been denied a viewing based on an application I made last year that was eventually rejected due to unfair reference submitted by the landlord then, which was a result of miscommunication and nothing to do with me as a tenant.
