GoogleI have not used Pygott & Crone estate Agents before but am very glad that I did this time. They were very helpful through what was sometimes a very difficult time, and were always happy to help if they could. I wold encourage other people to use Pygott & Crone Estate Agents as I am sure they will be very pleased they did.

GoogleAmazing service from a great estate agent. I have bought and sold 4 properties with Pygott and Crone in Sleaford and Boston. The last house sale through the Boston branch was amazing. Davis Gurton met me within 24 hours of initial contact and on a weekend. The house valuation surprised me, I said I wanted a quick sale. To my amazement the house was sold in 24 hours, and for more than I had expected. Davis Gurton is a thorough professional and he knowledge and expertise on the housing market in Boston is first class. During the sale process I continued to deal with Davis and the supremely efficient and organised Sam Bettinson who proactively contacted me on a very regular basis keeping me posted on any developments or issues. Pygott and Crone liaised with me and our Solicitors in a very impressive manner. Fantastic people, fantastic service. 11/10. Thank you so much. G

GoogleWe have exchanged contracts today on a property through Pygott & Crone. From the start of this process through to exchange they have been amazing. Thanks to Joe at the initial stage who was very professional and extremely patient waiting for my sale to happen and then to Sam Bettison who has been even more patient during this process. So very helpful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleMy husband and I sold our first home with Pygott and Crone Grantham towards the end of 2025. Luke initially came to value our house and he was extremely helpful and also answered a number of queries about other houses we were viewing. Demi was our main point of contact once we started having viewing and her communication was second to none. We were kept well informed throughout and when we experienced a few issues whilst in the process of accepting an offer/awaiting exchange of contracts, she did everything she could to chase things. In Demi’s absence, we also found Tom was very helpful and would like to thank the whole team at Pygott and Crone Grantham. We have recommend you all to our friends in Grantham who are looking to move as we truly felt we were provided with a five star service, thank you again.

GoogleWe could not wish for a better service. All the staff have been amazingly helpful, from selling our property to the purchase of our new home. Communication has been excellent, immediately informed of any developments, assisted with viewings, questions and queries from us, all being immediate and guided through all the steps until completion accomplished. All staff, but a special mention of Demi, who has particularly guided us through each step. All staff wonderfully informative, knowledgeable and are always pleasant and polite with a smile. GoogleGreat service from the Pygott & Crone and a big thanks to everyone in the Spalding branch. They acted as my letting agent for a hassle free year - finding good tenants, responding to tenants problems, getting tradesmen in, etc. Then they marketed the property for me and found a buyer in 2-3 months. Highly recommended.

GoogleA completely laughable experience from start to finish. We received an email from the branch manager confirming that our offer on a property had been accepted. Naturally, we informed our solicitor and started moving things forward. Then, out of nowhere, Oli called to tell us the offer had never been accepted and that a higher offer had been taken instead, without giving us any opportunity to increase ours. To make matters worse, they then lied to the seller who we have been in contact with - claiming they had never told us our offer was accepted. Unfortunately for them, email trails exist, even if Pygott & Crone don’t seem to understand that. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this estate agent. They are more than happy to lie to both sides to cover their own mistakes, and the lack of professionalism is staggering.

GoogleBrilliant estate agent. Everyone who I had dealings with - Lauren, Fiona, Aiden and Jonathon were great. The viewing lady was also great - but i can't remember her name. They are very quick to act on concerns and keep the perfect level of communication. Would definitely use them again. However I used the solicitor who pygott and crone recommend and found it very difficult to communicate with them.

GoogleI am purchasing one of their properties using their recommended conveyancing solicitors. It is now OVER FOUR MONTHS and I still don't have an exchange/completion date. Awful service. Avoid, just avoid.
