Really good experience with Pygott and Crone from start to finish. Everyone was easy to deal with, kept me in the loop, and actually got back to me when they said they would, which makes a big difference. Unfortunately, we had multiple purchases and sales fall through (no fault of P&C), however they were quick on the mark every time it happened, getting things back on track and lining up new options without delay. They stayed proactive throughout and didn’t let things stall, which made a big difference during what could have been a very stressful process. They made the whole process a lot smoother than I expected and just got things done without any messing about. Felt like they knew what they were doing and gave straight, honest advice rather than overcomplicating things. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

From the start when jodie came to the property and did the survey i knew i chose the right estate agent. I cant quite believe how difficult it is just get a viewing on a house with this company. It took me 3 phone calls leaving 2 different contact numbers to see if they had availability for us to have a weekend viewing. No call back, I called them, said I would get a call back....no call back. 8 hours after my initial call I spoke to the original lady who said she had emailed me......no email received. Eventually told we could have a viewing in 3 weeks time......I would seriously think about selling your property with these guys. 3 weeks to view a house!!! Bad customer service
