GoogleI had never heard of Pygott and Crone until we found our new home on Rightmove. I now sing their praises to anyone who will listen. My special thanks go to Tracy Earth for her support throughout the whole process. She was a great help whenever we needed guidance or a helping hand. We spoke at least once a week, and when things got particularly sticky, several times a day. Her reassurance and sense of humour kept me sane!

GoogleThe worst estate agent in the world. Refused to make an appointment for me to see a house despite the fact I am a cash buyer and ready to buy. It seems they preferred someone who wanted to buy at a lower price. When I sugested that if they wouldnt make an appointment I just go around and speak to the seller myself they defamed me to him to scare him off seeing me. I am retired, a cash buyer in the local area, having just completed on another property sale. Unbelievably incompetent and dishonest. AVOID at all costs if you really want to sell your property!

My busy work schedule meant that viewings were difficult to attend but Martyn worked around this, allowing me to see the property quickly. GoogleReally disappointed with Pygott & Crone. As a long-standing Lincoln estate agency, I expected far better professionalism. We viewed a property, made an offer below the asking price due to visible cracks and signs of movement and repeatedly asked for proof or guarantees that any subsidence work was done correctly (by phone and email). Our request was refused and all further messages were ignored. The property is now SSTC, but the advert still doesn’t mention these potential structural issues. I’m concerned the new buyers haven’t been properly informed. Although i obviously cant find out prior I will be contacting the new owners once they move in to share my evidence and experience. Hopefully they will get some compensation to rectify issues.

I have checked the property file and can confirm the property is being sold by Auction, and buyers are advised to confirm any due dilligence checks they want to do, prior to bidding. Your offer was too low and the sellers have agreed a higher bid. The winning bidder, viewed the property with a structural engineer prior to bidding so I can confirm that Pygott & Crone have remained Professional throughout. Your request for guarantees were not refused, we don't have any guarantees, therefore we could not provide them to you. I hope this clears up matters. It would be appreciated if your poor review could either be corrected or removed, as clearly Pygott & Crone have remained professional to everyone involved. The seller is delighted we have secured them a buyer, and the buyer is very happy with their purchase. GoogleWe have recently used Pygott & Crone for a property sale which has now completed, and I have been very impressed with their level of professionalism throughout. Davis, Joe, Sam and Holly really are a dream team to work with. Nothing is too much trouble for this great group of people. Their communication is excellent, and they simply get the job done. Even in this challenging market, they secured a sale for our property within a couple of weeks. Just as important as their professionalism is the sense of camaraderie they build with their clients, which makes the whole process far more comfortable. At every stage, from initial viewings through to sale progression, we were kept fully updated (often daily), which was incredibly reassuring and helpful. I highly rate Pygott & Crone in Boston. GoogleCannot thanks these guys enough, from start to finish the whole process of selling our childhood home was made super easy and stress free . From first going on the market very start of February, they already had people lined up . Today is 23/04/2026 and tomorrow on 24/04/2026 we complete . There super friendly keep you informed of interest and progress the whole way through . We used the solicitor they recommended aswell and the whole process has been amazing . GoogleI leave this review following the completion of my house sale today by Pygott and Crone. Throughout they were really professional, starting with Aiden coming to do the valuation, not pushy at all but really fair and friendly. After choosing them, both Lauren and Fiona did a grand job getting lots of viewings and keeping me fully updated on progress. Once I got used to the app used to monitor progress it became very easy to know exactly where you are at. The solicitors recommended by P+C were not so helpful and were difficult to communicate with but Lauren stepped up every time to sort things out and provide the update to ease my mind during what is a stressful time. She was fantastic. Jonathan to was very efficient at progressing the sale once an offer was accepted. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Pygott and Crone to anyone considering a move!
