GoogleI would certainly recommend them. Suzanne did everything she could to make me feel that all the transactions were going ok. After the loss of my first sale she was so kind and help me through it.

GoogleWe had occasion to use two different estate agents in different counties selling two different properties Pygott and Crone and Jack in the Grantham office were so much better than the other estate agents. They kept us informed every step of the way, unlike our other estate agents who would go weeks without phoning us. They went out of their way to help both us and the buyers, we really couldnt fault them.

GoogleHelpful at the start, but once offer accepted didn't want to know. Discovered we had been lied to about the property we have purchased. One member in perticular very rude & put the phone down on me. Would not recommend to anyone.

GooglePiss poor. Once we got our offer excepted, their attitudes changed overnight. We discovered loads of things they stated about the property were lies to push the sale and it reminded me of a dodgy second hand car sales. One woman that shall remain unnamed was particularly unhelpful, had a poor attitude and put the phone down on us when she didn't hear what she wanted. (Thank God she's put her notice in) This was just our buying experience, I wouldn't trust them selling thimbles, let alone houses.

GoogleHad terrible service from this company. I bought a property from them and as soon as the offer was accepted they just ignored my emails. I had to find the buyer myself to get the sale through and now won't stop emailing me more houses to buy.

GooglePlease dont use these as your letting agent as they dont care about your property , the property they are agents for has a leak above me, my husband had to come home from work to see where the water was coming from, because the agents wouldnt send anyone out because the tenants didnt know they had a leak, for god sake we live in a ground floor apartment, the water is coming through the ceiling, where do you think its coming from? my husband and tenant found the leak, but they cant stop it, after a few heated phone calls to letting agent with no joy, i have had to go to the management team that runs our property, maybe they can help and give letting agent a kick up the butt , the tenants were given the plumbers phone number but he/she wont pick up, we reported 4 and a half hours ago, its not on, just think of the damage it is making, and the cost the landlord will have to pay, not just for his property , mine as well, this is the 4th leak from this property i have had to deal with under this agent. come on get a grip, and by the way i found the young lass on the phone rude and thoughtless couldnt give a t@@s, maybe some people skills wont go a miss...........24th September 2018 Didnt get a call back from manager of letting agent Friday as asked, plumber did come out 5 hours latter to fix leak from apartment above, after talking to tenant above he said that the phone number the letting agent had given him was for the plumber but he was off , So maybe more communication between contractor and agent we might of got a plumber sooner and there might of been less damage . I have British gas plumbing insurance and the plumber is out within an hour as leaks is one of there top priority .

As the buyer yhey worked tirelessly for us to get the deal done quickly and efficiently, and helped deal with solicitors and the chain. I would highly recommend them for there work, professionalism, dedication and attitude.

GooglePossibly the worst experience you could have! Had my mortgage withdrawn as P&C thought they were selling me a Freehold and the house was actually Leasehold! To add insult to injury, there was no way I could have got a mortgage on the property unless the lease was extended... by me! This farce went on for 9 months before I lost my patience. To credit them, they did refund me for the Searches and various fees I had paid but to put it in perspective, I bought with Purple Bricks and did a full renovation in the same amount of time as P&C took to mess me about on an almost unsaleable house. Not good.

GoogleWhat a fantastic move it was to select Pygott and Crone Grantham. Before choosing Pygott, we had our house on the market for over 3 months with another leading estate agent in Grantham , however with no joy in terms of viewings. I felt the service from them was the “standard”, we decided to change. I had a visit from Luke - the Manager of the Grantham branch - his welcoming, genuine and trustworthy personality was exceptional. His valuation was accurate and the level of service I recieved was outstanding. He took the time to find out and explore our situation , and our expectations - something that was key in us choosing to select Pygott. Luke was keen to provide us with Proffessional Photograph’s and market our property in a great way - it felt unique and also astonished with how amazing the photo’s looked!! Right from the very start we suddenly had interest in our property - arranging viewings constantly and before long , we have found a buyer. ALL viewings had a background of their situation clearly explained to us - with great follow up’s and feedback provided to us from Suzanne and Jack in the office. Suzanne has a great pro-active approach in her work it seems and this goes along way to us building trust and reccomending Pygott at Grantham to all of our freinds/ family. The word is certainly getting around town from us about how good the service has been with these guys - personal and professional delivering exceptional performance! Thanks all , so glad we had the oppurtunity of doing business with you.

GoogleWe had a couple of agents visit before Luke the manager at pygott & crone came out to value the house. Although they were not the cheapest Luke was really professional and gave great advice and therefore decided to go with them. The professional photos were fantastic and we got plenty of interest from day 1. We sold our house within a week and still had more people wanting to view, however we chose what we felt was the right buyer and got our property sold. Big thanks to Luke, Jack, Suzanne & Natasha. Will definitely use again.
