GoogleVery professional staff on the inside. I couldn't comment on their service as we only went in for an enquiry but couldn't help but feel welcome from the get go. I was left with a business card and several different house documents, all of which we have reviewed. The service was good for what we received

GoogleTwo property viewings but there was a mix up with the first property, Viewing Co-ordinator went to 2nd property so viewing was 45 minutes late. Had viewing at 2nd property and absolutely no follow up or feedback from them regarding the properies. Not impressed, you have lost a potential sale.

GoogleWriting on behalf of my mum who asked pygott and crone to value her house. The gentleman who came out was 15 minutes late with no apology claimed he had left a message on our answer phone, no such message existed. After looking around he undervalued the property by 50,000 from the value given by 3 agents from other companies being quite dismissive throughout. He made it blatantly clear he was not interested in taking on this property even when other agents are fighting over the property due to its uniqueness.

GoogleWe had several viewings with Sian (all on a Sunday) all at very short notice. We have now found a property but not with Pygott & Crone, we would have really liked to buy through them. Nothing was too much trouble for Sian, she was friendly & professional throughout & knowledgeable about the local areas. I can't thank them enough for all their help - its a real shame the property we found was listed with another agent as Sian definitely deserved the sale.

GoogleToday we had a valuation carried out by Ryan Mcguinness at our bungalow and would like to say what a very polite and well dressed and presented young man he is. He arrived slightly late but that wasn't a problem and immediately apologized for this and we were soon at ease talking to him . This young man is a very good member of staff to have so please don't lose him. Keep up the good work

GoogleAlthough we sold our house through another estate agent in Cleethorpes I can not speek highly enough of Fiona at Pygott and Crone. Fiona put more effort into trying to source a suitable property for us than all the other estate agents put together.

GoogleBe very wary. I signed up for their services on a Sole Agent contract NOT a sole seller. I then sold my house privately after not being very successful with them and they are trying to take me to court saying that I still need to pay them. Check your contract VERY carefully and even then be careful as they will use the small print against even though it is open up to interpretation. A very underhand agent.

GoogleExcellent Excellant Excellant A massive thankyou to Fiona who was always on the end of the Phone and Kept us upto date with what was going on(going above and beyond what she needed to) After sitting on the market for 12+ Months with Jackson Green and Preston we lost all hope in selling our property and didn't get any help from jacksons. We sat off the market for 2 months and kept seeing loads of Pygott and Crone Sold boards in our area. We got them out to value the house, seeing there fees where £200 more had me worried however we thought if they sell it what's £200 in the scheme of things. They listed the property for us and the same day viewings where booked in. They sold our house in 5 DAYS !! We couldn't believe it, and to top it off there sales team negotiated and we sold for full asking price. The after sale service was just as good and they kept us in the loop about the next stages and what was to come next. I cannot thank the team at Grimsby Branch enough especially Fiona and I will and already have been recommending them to everyone. Excellant and a Pleasure to do business with you A** Highly Recommend
