GoogleTried to buy a property from these clowns was meant to get a call back 24 -48 hrs after viewing 10 days and 3 chase ups later still no joy then missed the deadline !!!! I would nt buy or sell from these again absolute shower !!

GoogleFantastic service from Beth. I have to say I wasn't massively impressed with the solicitors, stonebow law, which is their preferred solicitor, but I cannot thank Beth enough. I was putting pressure on Beth at the start of the transaction, but after quickly realising that Beth was doing her job and giving 200% and realising that it was actually the estate agent across the road that wasn't doing theirs, an apology was issued. They helped negotiate us the best price possible and ensured that we were getting the best buyer for our home. Thomas was constantly available to ease my anxieties and worries, even let me vent about the frustrations of lockdown house moving. He is a real credit to the team. Thank you Pygott and Crone :)

The sales progressor, Bethany, was absolutely amazing at helping me get the matter resolved. She went over and above on many occasions and did everything she could to help me complete on my purchase. From sales negotiation to the sales progress (Thomas and Beth) the communication was consistent and Beth was so helpful and friendly, ensuring it remained as stress free as possible. GoogleLuke and his team at Grantham were great, the solicitor's I used through them managed to get the sale through within 7 weeks of accepting the offer without any issues. Beth was also great at keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. Great service and 100% recommend to anybody selling in the area surrounding.

GoogleThere have been a number of examples of lack of communication with the Lincoln branch. This is the only estate agent that doesn't communicate with the buyer or with their internal staff professionally.
