GoogleHad to move out of the bailgate as the landlord wanted to sell quickly and in turn, was kicking us out quickly, "Lucy R" sorted us out ASAP, was freindly, understandable and helped us achive our goals as quickly as possible. Flipping fantastic! We were in the new rented property in under a week, so easy to do and any questions she answered were compressively and coherently responded too. Many thanks Henry and Rebekah

GoogleAwful experience when attempting to by my first home. Had offer accepting, signed papers and was sourcing my own mortgage broker by day 2 had a phone call to say that my offer has been cancelled as someone has put a higher offer in even though all docs are signed! Agent was rude and put a lot of pressure on me to use all of there own suppliers which was intimidating as a first time woman buyer.

Special thanks to Danielle & Francesca who helped in every stage of the process be it from liaising with the Buyer/Solicitors/Mortgage Advisors without there help it would have been difficult on my own to complete the purchase.

GoogleThe team were great from start to finish. The online portal which you have as a buyer/seller is a godsend in tracking visits/views of your property, on the website and even Rightmove etc. Laura and the sales team pushed my property to the max, with all different people to find the right buyer. I was provided with different options to meet my needs throughout, which allowed me to feel in control and always knew what was going on. It was easy to contact the team if I had any questions, and I felt I could ask them anything if I needed anything. It was a pleasure to work with the team.

GoogleWe purchased a property through P&C Grantham. From the onset we felt that we were given as much attention as their vendor’s clearly were. Calls were always answered in a timely and informative manner and nothing was too much trouble, including the numerous viewings we requested. Despite some difficulties towards the end of our purchase, Beth and the team went out on lim in an attempt to get them rectified! We never felt as we were ‘just the purchasers’ and our satisfaction was a genuine and important part of the, sale and purchase, to everyone at the P&C office in Grantham.If we were to re-sell we would deff appoint them to sell our property! Thank you all!

GoogleWhat a great team. When I first walked through the door I was given so much confidence that my house will be sold more or less straight away. It was sold before the property was put on the market. Great communication through the whole process. Faultless. There recommendations for a solicitor was also great value for money (JMP Solicitors in Grantham). The staff are friendly, polite and very considerate of my requests and future requirements. Have already recommended pygott and crone to friends within Grantham. Wish the team all the best and I most certainly will be using your services again within the future.

GoogleA fantastic experience with selling my first property. My initial contact was with Luke. He put me at ease and answered all of my questions. My property was sold within days of being on the market with multiple offers being put down. I believe that was down to the valuation being accurate and Luke doing such a great job of conducting the viewings. Once I had accepted an offer, Adam was fantastic and was always a friendly and reassuring voice answering my questions and queries. If he couldn’t give me an answer immediately then he would get back to me promptly. As my sale progressed, Beth was amazing! She supported me through some frustrating times and was always available to offer me advice and guidance. We were that pleased with the service provided by Pygott & Crone, we are actually selling another property and buying our next through them too. Thank you again.

GoogleWe had originally decided to go with Pygott & Crone after being very impressed with Davis Gurton when looking at a house in Boston. We then made the wrong decision and went with a local firm, which was a disastrous mistake. We switched to Davis at Pygott & Crone, and from day one their honesty and professionalism shone through. The sales details, photos, and video were excellent quality, all the staff were knowledgable and helpful, and they found us the perfect buyers. The sale went through very smoothly and quickly, and our buyers commented on how excellent Pygott & Crone were. We have moved many times, and this was easily the best experience we have had.
