GoogleFrom the buyer's perspective.
We have been looking for a property for a quite long time, and we have to admit that the service, we received from this real estate agent was absolutely outstanding and highly professional.
The team tirelessly kept offering us properties and arranging countless viewings. Although we ended up completing the purchase through another real estate agent, the 5-star review goes specifically to Pygott & Crone. Special shout out to Joe for his patience and competence level🤝.
First class, highly recommend 👍

GoogleEveryone I met and spoke to at Pygott and Crone was extremely helpful and friendly, also very patient.
At the beginning I had various questions and worries, mainly about the legal paperwork, infinitely more complicated since my last move. They explained everything clearly despite it not really being part of their remit.
Also at the end when the solicitors needed a real push.
I would definitely use them again. ( Although all the legal paperwork has made me vow never to move again.)
Not so for Stonebow. I have to say that, in my opinion, Stonebow was pretty useless.
Very poor with their communications and on several occasions my responses to direct questions were obviously unread. The Tracker thing was also a waste of time.

GoogleWe purchased our new home from this agent and the professionalism And service received was excellent. Tracy was our main point of contact and she was brilliant in updating us daily as the chain progressed. They recommended Howells solicitors and wow we are thankful for that, very competitive and amazing service. Thank you for making the purchase of our new home that bit less stressful.

GoogleWe found our entire purchase process with Pygott and Crone incredibly frustrating and stressful. Communication was painful and more of a hindrance than helpful. Our purchase agent was, for the most part, rude and condescending. We will never again buy with, sell through or recommend Pygott and Crone, Lincoln.NegativeProfessionalism
