GoogleAlthough there has been some mis-communication at the outset, Pygott and Crone promptly acted upon the issue and for the rest of the journey it had been plain and pleasurable sailing. Their work ethos is impeccable as they are protecting the vendor whilst helping the buyer which is not always easily achieved. Their interpersonal skills are flawless. A special thank to Tracy.

GooglePygott & Crone worked tirelessly to sell our home for us recently. It was around 1800s & quite unique but the entire team pulled together to get the viewers through the door. I would like to Mention Holly and Sam in particular for keeping us informed and checking things were going to plan. Our purchase was a bit lengthy and involved as we were selling a leasehold property but they made sure our sellers were always up to date. Thank you

GoogleHighly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble . Chased when needed too. The knowledge of the team is fantastic. It was a very stressful house move but we got there in the end with the help and support from Hollie, Sam & Davis and the rest of the team. They are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone who’s wanting to put their house on the market. They know what will and won’t sell and will always be honest about the situation. The team in the office are very knowledgeable and always there to listen to any concerns and they give you the best possible solution. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

GoogleUtterly poor. I was interested in a commercial property and spoke with William Downing who told me that the property was no longer available and hadn't been available for over a week. I told him that the property shouldn't be listed on a 'live' website if this was the case, yet instead of actively listening, acknowledging that the problem is real and apologising for the trouble, he just said it's an IT issue. Three days later, the same commercial property is still listed as available to rent. Pygott & Crone and William Downing are a perfect example of bumbling incompetence. Avoid!
