They managed to sell my property on the first working day after the advert went live, which was an amazing result and far quicker than I expected. The whole process has been handled brilliantly, from the marketing and viewings through to negotiating the sale. They also helped negotiate the purchase of my next property, which made the whole process considerably easier and less stressful. The team, including Tommy, TJ, Danielle and Millie, have all been fantastic. Communication has been excellent throughout and I’ve always felt that they were genuinely working hard to achieve the best outcome for me. A big thank you to everyone involved. I really couldn’t have asked for a better service and would have no hesitation in recommending Pygott & Crone to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience with Pygott & Crone Boston. Every contact and interaction was consistently good from start to finish. Davis, the branch manager, came out for the initial marketing visit and gave us confidence straight away …and importantly, they helped us sell where others had previously failed. A special thank you to Holly on sales and Sam in the legal follow‑through team, who kept us informed throughout the process. And when someone wasn’t available, Joe, the sales manager, always stepped in and made sure nothing slipped. A genuinely professional, supportive team. Highly recommended.

GoogleWhat a breath of fresh air these people are! They are friendly, proactive, and contacting us continuously to let us know what's happening. They seem as though they REALLY want to sell our house for us, in complete contrast to another high street agent we were using who just seemed prepared to list our property and sit back and wait. Aiden was professional, friendly and honest when valuing our property, Fiona seems to be really on the ball with everything, as was the Maria who conducted the viewings. We can't fault everybody's enthusiasm. We are contacted straight away about any developments whereas previously we had to chase the agent for information. We've only been with Pygott & Crone a week and already have 2 viewings. That's in stark contrast against our previous agent who managed 3 in nearly 6 months. The photos of our house are a 100% improvement over those taken by the last agent. An advantage of Pygott and Crone is the number of offices they have in the region and as such are in a great position to introduce potential buyers from outside of the Grimsby area. On a final note - you get a link enabling you to keep up with developments, including the facility to track the number of people showing interest in your property. Early days - but so far we are really impressed with every aspect of the service from Pygott and Crone.

GoogleMillie showed us round the house and she arrived in good time. She was friendly, kind and able to answer our questions. During the negotiation phase Millie was very professional and gave good advice, explained everything and subsequently helped me complete the necessary forms. She returned calls straight away which was much appreciated as it's stressful waiting for callbacks. I would definitely recommend Pygott & Crone.

GoogleWe couldn’t have been happier with the service from Pygott & Crone. They sold our house before it had even officially gone to market, with their efficiency and proactive approach. The whole team was friendly, professional and always on the ball. Communication was excellent throughout, and the entire process was handled smoothly with no hiccups at all. A special mention goes to Lee, the photographer, whose attention to detail was outstanding and the photographs superb. A very important aspect of the house selling process in my book. Also, thank you to Tommy Johnson, our Residential Valuer, whose professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm gave us confidence from the very start. The marketing was first-class and made a real difference. The experience was chalk and cheese compared with another estate agency we used last year, where we had poor communication, very little proactive input and, ultimately, no results. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pygott & Crone to anyone looking to sell their home.
