GoogleExcellent service from Pygott and Crone from start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for better support in the 8 months of them selling two houses for our family. All the team were great but a massive thank you to Demi for her hard work, problem solving and brilliant communication skills. We felt very supported by her through a difficult journey and felt she really cared about getting us moved which made all the difference between a good and excellent service. Thank you!

We were extremely impressed with the courteousness and professionalism from all the staff with a special mention to Simon who kept us informed of progress throughout the chain. Also a special mention to Demi who was very patient in answering many of our queries. We would not hesitate in recommending Pygott & Crone to anyone buying or selling a home.

GoogleWe sold our house through Pygott & Crone in September. With the move done now I wanted to write a review to express how happy we were with the service. The Grantham team are polite and extremely efficient. Luke clearly knows his business and valued our house well to sell at a very agreeable price. During the sale of the house the team were professional and really kept us in the loop on progress. As we neared exchange and completion it became pretty stressful but Simon was a huge help in ensuring the chain moved along and all parties were communicating to get the deal done. I would definitely recommend Pygott & Crone to anyone thinking of selling their house.

GoogleI today tried to obtain a brochure for on of pygott and crones properties I spoke to Charlotte in the Lincoln office and was told I could only have a brochure of I went into their office to pick one up as they wouldn't send one out via the post , so that's a potential sale lost for the price of a stamp , I won't be sellingy house though them if that's how they conduct business and would advise others to steer clear too howuch is a stamp theses days ? Against their huge commission charged ?

GoogleMe and my partner were looking into buying our first home. We went with pygott and crone for every step of our journey, we couldn't be more thankful for the staff. Property viewings were brilliant let us view property twice before deciding to put and offer in. They didn't hoover over us whilst viewing the property which is lovely. Any questions they had answers to were answered and anything they didn't know they found out the answer and told us. We used their mortgage advisor as well, who is fabulous, he sat and explained everything to us and we didn't feel judge one but for not knowing information. Once offer was accepted and process started more forward with the property, we were kept in the loop as much as they were, they informed us of every step and took the time to explain everything to us. We are extremely grateful for the staff involved with our property and they were extremely helpful at every step. Brilliant estate agents, if we needed to we'd use them again. Thank you!!

GoogleOverall, showed a lack of interest. No continuity between agents, customers and viewers. Not all customers are computer literate, hence they rely on direct contact between themselves and agents, of which there was very little.

Google3.8!! Not surprised, they deserve 1 star rating or less. Unfortunately I happen to hand over sale of my home to them, still with them. Now I am not surprised y they have got 3.8 review compared to all other high street agents who have an average review of 4.8. They have just advertised 12 photos of my home, which doesn’t showcase my home at all properly , and I repeatedly requested them to have new EPC not the one when I bought the home 8 years ago, but even after speaking to them since the advertisement went online many times, they haven’t changed the EPC or updated photos as I requested, just show my home as it supposed to be. I am not getting any call back as I requested and supposed, and after 2 days of requesting to upload more photos, detailed descriptions and ECP, nothing has been done and no one has contacted me yet!!!!!! Do they even care anything about customer care and courtesy? Do they really want to make any selling happen? I am really surprised and shocked? I am going to contact my solicitor about taking some actions against them.!!

GoogleSam, Joe, Davis and the team worked tirelessly throughout the sale of our property. It was not a straightforward Sale due to issues with our properties management company but the team went above and beyond to make sure we got their in the end. Special mention to Sam (Sales Progressor) who proved extremely effective when chasing our management company and putting pressure on when needed.

GoogleEveryone tells you buying or selling a house is a stressful event, but nothing prepared me for buyers pulling out of their alleged purchase not once but three separate buyers at the last minute. The UK laws are archaic. Had it not been for the professional handling of the situation each time by the team at Pygott & Crone I could have been driven to despair. Their tenacity, their guidance, their never give in approach was superb, especially Joe McKue, a star.
It's great to hear that the Boston team, and Joe in particular, did a great job. The process can be stressful as you have found, and this is why we strive to deliver that level of service. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
