I found a brand new build property through Pygott & Crone after myself and my partner were let down by another seller at the stage of completion. With me being 6 months pregnant we advised that we need things done as quick as possible, Charlotte mountain has been absolutely amazing through beginning to end, and making sure we were first to view the property we have now purchased when it came back onto the market and was kind enough to reserve it for us until we completed our financial assessment. She has been very quick at replying to all emails and questions and that reassured us a lot. We highly recommend her especially if you are a first time buyer and not sure where to start!

Pygott and Crone were brilliant throughout my entire sale process! I first delt with Davis who came to value the house and talk through all our options and made everything clear. Joe also was very quickly with calls and emails in regards to the sale and they managed to have my property sold within a week of it going up. My biggest thanks goes to Sam, she was an absolute star and was always happy to help with everything and nothing was too much trouble, always going above and beyond for everything. I cannot thank her enough and would recommend Pygott and Crone to anyone who is looking to either sell or purchase a property.
